Excellent hotel with all 5 star amenities, every thing was perfect.

Water leak in the room and toiletries item was not there foot mat also not in room. Restaurant service was good all over the experience was ok

Hotel is clean and looking good. But rooms and bathrooms are very small. Breakfast is good.

Good location, clean and well equipped rooms and great service. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was sumptuous.

I had a very excellent stay at this hotel. The ambience was superb, and the best part was the manners and behaviors of all the hotel employees. It’s hard to find such good people with pleasing personalities, even in posh hotels. Every employee here deserves immense appreciation. From room service to housekeeping, everything was done promptly. The location is safe and conveniently close to both the railway station and airport. The complimentary breakfast is amazing as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting gwalior or nearby places. Thank you to the entire team!

Room was very neat and clean. Really enjoyed the stay with the family. Staff was polite and helpful. Room service was quick. Amardeep and Neelam from cloud9 were very hospitable. My parents loved the food from cloud9. They have inhouse laundry at a reasonable rate.
