The hotel staff are v friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are superb. Hotel is also v spacious and my room view is amazing. It's on 10min walk to gyeongju world. I will definitely come back again if I can.

It was such a great hotel experience as demanded from a Hilton hotel. Everything is settled perfectly they thought every need in the room. The stuff was polite and helpful. I would love to visit again.

This is the hotel I always come to whenever I come to Gyeongju. As a 5-star hotel, I often use it because the overall service and facilities are satisfactory. The breakfast is also good, and in the summer, it is a good place to bring children to play in the pool.

The room had a view of abundant nature, especially Gyeongju World to the left, but the noise of the attractions was not bothersome. I also used the buffet, and the taste and variety had improved since my previous stay, and it was very delicious. The chefs and hall staff were especially kind, polite, and comfortable. However, I was concerned about the customer service attitude of the reception and concierge. Even when we made eye contact, they didn't greet me, and I often had to greet them myself. We chose a room with two double beds and stayed for 3 nights as a family of 4. Because it's a Hilton, the basic services are good, but the rooms have a bit of an afternoon feel, and white dust from the carpets and bedding settles on the black telephone in the room. Still, the bedding was nice and cozy, and it was nice that the room makeup was done every day. The hotel swimming pool was a bit boring for 6th graders, but 3rd graders had a good time. Breakfast was the best I've ever had. lol

I've been to Gyeongju Lahan Select, but the water pressure was too weak and it was annoying, but Hilton has strong water pressure and it's so good! Breakfast is a waste of money to pay 45,000 won.. I visited Gyeongju to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and chose the Hilton. Despite being on a low floor, the lake view outside the window is truly the best. There is no doubt that it is an international chain hotel representing Gyeongju. However, I wish the employees would smile a little brighter when serving customers. There was no greeting from the front desk, concierge, or doorman. If APEC 2025 is hosted in Gyeongju, world leaders will visit Hilton, so service improvement is clearly needed.
