GGuest UserThis was my third stay at this hotel, but unfortunately the experience was quite different from my previous visits. During my three night stay, I had to change rooms four times. The first room did not match the room size I had booked, so I was moved to an accessible room, but there was a noticeable smell coming from the bathroom drain. I was then moved again, only to find that the AC was not working properly. Although these issues were frustrating, I appreciate that the staff took them seriously and arranged room changes promptly each time. Overall, the service was good, but the stay was disappointing compared with my previous experiences.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from the MTR, which makes it very convenient for getting around. There are also many famous eateries nearby, including Kam’s Roast Goose and Under Bridge Spicy Crab.
The room is quite small, but it is very clean and well-maintained. Mineral water is provided, though it is limited to one can per day, and there is an additional charge if you need extra.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with an excellent location, especially for those who want easy access to transport and good food nearby.

GGuest UserThis hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! For a price over HKD 1,000, I was expecting a tiny room in Hong Kong, but to my surprise, it was a suite. It had a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table, and the bedroom had a super large bed. Plus, all the details in the bathroom were very clean.
The hotel staff were very nice, and their Mandarin was good. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, where you could order one set meal, and all four I tried were delicious. You could even see parrots flying outside the window while having breakfast.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. It's about two bus stops from Admiralty Station (or walkable, really), a 200-meter walk from the Peak Tram Macdonnell Road Station, and within walking distance of Hong Kong Park and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. Highly recommend!

The front desk attendant was particularly helpful; we were a group hoping to stay on the same floor, and he really went out of his way to accommodate us. What truly stands out is finding such a reasonably priced hotel in a place like Hong Kong, where space is at a premium – it's truly a rare find! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to Tuen Mun MTR Station, which is a terminal station, making it easy to get anywhere. There's also a Light Rail stop nearby, and multiple bus routes just below the MTR station. It's convenient, affordable, and offers great value for money! 👍👍👍

GGuest UserBooked this place as a treat during our stay in Hong Kong and wow. It was even better than I was anticipating. Big apartment and very clean. Had everything we needed. Thank you! Loads of local recommended spots close by. Foodie heaven!! Would deffo come back. Staff was extremely lovely also. Got to store our bags there for free.

Rruowen118The hotel is a bit far from popular attractions like Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay. A HKD 500 deposit is required upon check-in, and they accept RMB. There's a McDonald's, a 'cha chaan teng' (local cafe), and a convenience store nearby, so food options are pretty convenient. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel; you can take 4 stops to reach Wong Chuk Hang MTR station. Although the room is a bit small, it's very clean. Overall, it's still quite good.

The guy at the front desk in the morning was very polite and patient. The location is super convenient and bustling, with plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

For the service, I know that they have a lot of work to do and have many customers too but for requesting that I requested, they took a long time for solving and the communicate also has problem too, like I already informed 1 times and they didn't came to check and solve it I have to inform again and again. BbeibeiloveseaComing to Hong Kong this time, I searched for many hotels on Trip.com, but most rooms were tiny and the facilities were outdated. I finally decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong, and as soon as I entered, I was blown away by the sea-view room on the first floor with a large balcony! Stepping out, you're greeted by an endless expanse of clear blue sea – the view is absolutely stunning! 🌊
At night, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the balcony, watching the starry sky, eating fruit, and having drinks. It was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Getting around from the hotel is super convenient; there's a free shuttle bus directly to the MTR station, making it easy to go shopping, explore, and try out all the amazing local food.
The buffet breakfast was a bit simple, so don't have high expectations. Once you're near the MTR station, there are so many Hong Kong delicacies that you'll wish you had more stomachs to try them all.
The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, with a healing sea view and excellent value for money. The experience was fantastic, and it's definitely on my must-stay list for my next visit to Hong Kong. I'll definitely be back!
