We booked the cabana king. The room is clean, cozy, and well-maintained, giving you that balance of comfort and boutique charm. I also loved how peaceful the surroundings are—it’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind and disconnect from the city. Foods are all delicious!! 😋 Plus, IG-worthy spots 📸 Staffs are all smiling and they will greet you everytime you meet them. ☺️

1N2D Stay for Couple - July 2025 Loved everything and will absolutely book again. Our room was upgraded for free and had an outdoor tub. The room was huge and had a lot of sitting areas. Bed was king size and comfortable and clean. Smart TV can connect to YouTube but you need to sign in to your own Netflix account. Bathroom was huge. I think the room needs more hangers, complementary shampoo, reusable room slippers, scented candle/diffuser and it would be just perfect. Wifi was also fast. Breakfast buffet at pesce was cleansing and delicious for us. Loved walking around the farm, swimming at the pools, and the other services plus, the staff of the farm are very friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the Upperdeck and food was also good and yummy and it felt romantic because a guitarist and a singer serandes us.

This was an amazing trip! I haven't had a chance to write a review but here it goes. 1. The staff - Super amazing and friendly, always smiling and helpful. 2. The managers - great, caring, funny and always went above and beyond to help and accommodate. 3. Resort - Amazing ocean view and lots of activities, we went back 3 times in a span of 2 weeks. Lol 4. Room - clean and comfortable! 5. Food and drinks - delicious and amazing! One of the best in the Philippines. I've been to many hotels and resorts worldwide, but this has been the top of all of my stays. The vibe, the friendliness, activities, food and drinks. I've never felt so relaxed and I didn't even need to use my phone. No stress and all good vibes! Waking up to see the ocean with a nice cup of coffee with smooth music, it makes the hours of drive (almost 4 hours one way) to there well worth it. In my opinion, this was more than a stay, this was an unforgettable experience! We have been through the regular days and also the typhoon days, they have been amazing and helpful the whole time! It was definitely an adventure! Now I'm back in Florida again and I miss this place, but I'm planning a visit the Philippines next year and I will make this my top place to visit!

This business trip was with our president and CEO. They were very satisfied with the free breakfast for two, the convenient location and novel facilities, the comfortable beds, the clean rooms and the polite service staff every time they came to the hotel on business.

Three friends and I stayed here during a trip to the Philippines. From Manila Airport, we first traveled to the bus terminal in Manila city, then took a two-hour bus ride from Manila to Batangas, and then a one-hour taxi ride from there. If possible, I think it would be easier to charter a car from Manila. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time relaxing by the pool and trying our hand at diving. There's nothing around the hotel, so we had to eat at the hotel restaurant, but the food was of very high quality and delicious. They also had a few Japanese dishes, such as tonkatsu, which was nice. Overall, the prices were high for a resort hotel, but it was a great experience worth the price.

The location is near Lipa City, the environment is good, similar to a manor house, no breakfast is provided, if you need breakfast, you need to pay about 400 pesos, there is parking. However, this hotel has an advantage that the Internet speed is extremely fast and surprisingly fast.

The room is very clean and it's really like a hotel it has a comforter like the ones you see at hotels we availed the deluxe room so its not that spacious specially the comfort room only one person can fit in. You can bring your own drinks or foods too inside the resort you don't need to pay a corkage fee. They have court for basketball and volleyball the price is cheaper when you rent it in daytime. We also tried their full body massage for 1 hr that cost us 750 pesos each. You will need to go to their resto to claim your free breakfast if you avail the room that comes with a breakfast, it will not be delivered to your room but you can choose whichever breakfast meal they have in their menu plus it comes with a soup which is great and their foods taste delicious also the price of their food is reasonable but they have a 10% service charge for dine in and 15% for room service. The resto's cutoff for room service is 5pm, 7pm for dine in. The resort's downside is their operations time the front desk and restaurant is only open from 7am-8pm so if you're going to need something from the front desk after that time no one can assist you because they'll be gone by then only the guard will be left in the front door and also if you got hungry at night you might need to buy food from their resto before they closes or buy from a nearby convenient store because there's also no foodpanda or grabfood nearby stores also closes early so you have to plan your dinner ahead of time. We went to SM (closes at 9pm) the fare going there using tricycle is 120pesos.Their pool is only open till 9pm only if you want to eat or drink near the pool you can use their cabanas. Another downside is the beach, the beach area closes at 8pm. Their sand is gray (but a fine sand) you can't really swim in it because the waves are strong and the water is not clear and it's kinda dirty there's a lot of trash beside the beach it's not well maintained. You will really need to go island hopping which is already not part of the resort's activity so they'll let you sign a waiver. There's a lot of bangkero beside the beach it's best to ride by group there's only 2 of us when we rode the boat so it's a bit expensive, island hopping will cost you around 2000 (1 island) to 3.5k (2 islands) we availed the 3.5k. We went coral diving (they lent us their goggles for free or bring your own goggles) and also went at the white sand beach which is in Bauan, Batangas which also has clear water and you can also spot some fish and corals, travel time going to those 2 places is 35-45mins you can also bring your food but keep in mind to really cover it in plastic so it won't get wet because the trip going there is really rocky you will really get wet because you will pass by a strong waves so cover all your belongings. It was raining when we went there so maybe that's why the waves are strong. Overall we had a blast! We indeed had a memorable stay. They even gave us a gift when we checked out they're so thoughtful. They made sure everything was comfortable and smooth throughout my stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and complete with everything we needed. It felt safe and relaxing, which made the experience even better. As for the food, I truly enjoyed it! The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. There were good options to choose from, and everything tasted great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others. 😊

It stay in FPIP. Same location with MICROTEL. The price is slightly higher than MICROTEL. And it was nice with the single bed and let me have a nice dream.
