那個電梯實在太嚇人了，還關我們在裏面，好不容易出來了，工人把電梯口強行打開，但停留太高了，女兒跳下來沒站穩，從台階摔下去，傷到腳，回到法國里昂去醫院看診，被上了模具。

The price is fantastic out of season. The following comments do not change my overall very good rating. The apartment is clean and very spacious, although it is not new, so sometimes the door in the cupboard was difficult to open or a broken window in one of the bathrooms (I don't know if anyone reported it to them, maybe they just don't know). Minor missing equipment, such as a cloth/dishwashing liquid... but these are minor things. A beautiful view and with the window closed, the nearby busy street is quiet. In case anyone is wondering, the sofas in the living room do not fold out.

Bon rapport qualité prix en basse saison
Hôtel situé près des bars et restaurants la vue est magnifique
Nous avons été surclassé dans un très grand appartement les lits sont confortables mais les équipements manquent d entretien (canape déchiré, toasteur ne fonctionnant pas , meubles abîmés)
armez vous de patience pour faire fonctionner la Clim en chauffage on y passe un petit quart d heure mais ça finit par fonctionner 😅
Nous avions demandé un transfert à l hôtel mais personne n est venu nous chercher il a fallut se débrouiller seul
Hôtel pas cher du tout en basse saison ça permet de faire oublier la vétusté

Nice hotel but ...
The flat we booked was absolutely fantastic and well situated. Room cleaning was very good, cleaning of the common pool area not so much. We wouldn't have hesitated recommending this place if it wasn't that we had a number of things going wrong here - on their own not big things but together a bit much for our taste:
- Our room wasn't available for the first night. We were given a story about a maintenance problem but we are fairly sure it was an over booking issue. We got a different room and was moved the next day. However we did not have a room from 9 am - 2 pm that day.
- As a compensation we were offered a meal in the buffet restaurant. It was literally the worst meal we've ever had in any restaurant around the world and with only the option of tap water even though we were willing to pay for other drinks
- The lock to our room was broken from late afternoon one day and even if maintenance was there twice that evening it wasn't fixed till noon the next day
- We were on the 8th floor. The elevator broke late one afternoon and again wasn't fixed till the next morning
All of these issues were handled with different levels of competency by the staff

Valletta Views like Heaven
Honestly , I love love these Apart hotel , The rooms are so spacious and the view is why I always want to return .
I had a couple simple issues and the Reservation and their teams worked tirelessly to resolve it to my absolute satisfaction and I am so grateful to Alex and Teodorah for the communication and vigilance. I appreciate the team and cannot wait to go back for Valentine’s. If you love self catering and waking up to gorgeous views as if you are in your own home but better , check out the Valletta Views by ST Hotels .

Would not stay again
Staff very friendly and informative but the apartment where to start,hob cracked ,table legs just about hanging on ,couldn't use safe as there was a bit missing, sofa ripped,balcony door didn't lock had to ask twice for a iron tried to put the ironing board up and it was broken the new iron in a box didn't work

Nice apartment , location was good , short walk to the ferry across to Valletta. Reception staff at Bay View hotel were helpful. Lift was quite small and cramped so walked the stairs as never saw anyone else in the apartments. The pool and jacuzzi at Bay View was small but okay, we used Aqualuna just across the road., collecting voucher daily from hotel.Not really a swimming pool more a sunbathing area with a pool to cool off in. Pool area got very busy and people were crammed in, we used the loungers on the upper deck which were much better. Balcony at apartment was quite small , with not particularly comfortable chairs. Wifi could be temperamental but on the whole was okay. We had two bedroomed apartment , had plenty of room. A FewTv channels, could also sign in to Amazon and Netflix if have accounts. Negatives were cracked floor tiles and sink in bathroom was very poorly attached and finished off. Being on main road it was quite noisy, especially motorbikes roaring down the road late at night, but also meant on balcony always something to look at, and the harbour aswell. Short walk along front to main part of Sliema for restaurants or ferry into Valletta.

Good view from apartment but small balcony and on busy road. Pool is 5 minutes away and shared with other hotels so always busy. No beach nearby. Apartment booked was not what we were given. Poor entrance to apartment and very small lift up to it.
