Great location, amazing staff Breakfast is very complete, the gym is ok. Nice rooms, nice views. Everything very clean and organized.

From before the arrival the communication with the hotel was perfect. The agent Ejay from Trip.com confirmed with Nigel from reception our late arrival. Nigel gave us all the information needed at the check in and greeted us every evening he was on shift, he's a great guy to have on reception. The staff on duty during the daytime was very friendly and perceptive of guests needs as well. The ones who excelled during our stay were the ones working in housekeeping and breakfast: friendly, kind, quick, they're an amazing team! I loved my holidays at Malta but without any doubt the stay at this hotel played a big part on this.

The environment is very good, the room is quite clean, the sheets and pillowcases are a bit old, I don't know if they are new ones, and the water in the wash basin is a bit blocked. There are good reviews for the hot water kettle in the room and the small refrigerator (nothing in it) but no mineral water. There is a bus stop just a few steps outside. It is also very convenient to go to Valletta. There are many restaurants around but the price is a bit expensive. Overall good. The price is very suitable.

The location is ok, the breakfast selection is small, and the bed sheets and towels are old! But the service attitude of the front office and housekeeping staff is good! There is a fee for parking and no conditioner! There is no oil pressure in the door, and it makes a lot of noise every time the neighbor room closes the door!

Normal 3 star hotel standards. Winter is the off-season, so the price includes breakfast, which is really a good deal. In Malta in winter, apart from not being able to go into the sea, other activities, such as taking a boat to see the Blue Grotto, will not be affected.
