The staff tried hard to please but the hotel is not 4 star as advertised. The curtains were broken and had been broken for a while allowing the sun in. The airconditioning was noisy and not very efficient. The pool closed at 6.00pm in the middle of summer.

Receptionist was very nice. The room had a fantastic view. Bad is not comfortable and the pillow is worse. At Breakfast was very little variety of food

Don’t decide. That's all I can say, don't use their balcony, it's locked and can't be opened.

The location is excellent, you can get to anywhere by bus. Maximum travel time is about 1 hour. The hotel is quite old, but we got a room after renovation. The breakfast was standard European without any frills, but we didn’t leave hungry. We went to the Paparazzi “restaurant” for dinner several times, it’s on the island next to the hotel. The view is not very presentable, but the prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, the portions are large, you can safely take one for two.

Most of the rooms face the wall, which is due to the nature of the building. The bathroom could use renovation, broken floor tiles in some places.

You can directly see the sea, very convenient, there are many restaurants around, the facilities are a bit old, a bit noisy at night. Overall it is very good

Breakfast was very simple but fresh ingredients. It is simple and good, but it does not correspond to a four-star hotel.

What was advertised as a 4 star, I would rate as a 2 star. On arrival the mini fridge in our room was warm. I spent a week there with my daughter of 19 years. The next day at swimming pool the coffee machine was not working. There is no kettle, tea or coffee in the rooms.The bath remains with soiled marks. Cheap soap is given in the bathroom. There is no nice scent as you enter room. On one night we saw 2 cockaroches in our room. We realised that it was not worth opening the sliding door to small patio as they enter through there. The rooms are dated, everything looks tired. The package came with breakfast. There is the repetitive breakfast daily. If you are not keen on a typical English breakfast, the other offer is fruit out of a tin floating in juice, milky way yoghurts and cakes/mini croissants. It is shameful with all the variety of foods out there today that they cannot make an effort. The only positives for this hotel has to be the staff and location.

Pathetic and simply sad. There was a cockroach in the food ! After the stay I contacted my booking provided and requested to contact the property for compensation as no one deserves to eat breakfast on a holiday where the sanitary issues are so terrible that cockroaches are in the food!!! I was told that I will not get nothing back because I have tried to be polite and did not started a full on a** meltdown on some poor receptionist at the time of the stay. So if you are staying there and something goes wrong (and I'm pretty sure it will) please go and scream at the staff as only then management team will potentially give you your money back

Just awful, been going here for 20 years in the timeshare apartments, main reason is for the lovely view from the pool terrace and the great staff, Charles the best man in Malta x, imagine our horror for the roof terrace to be locked up for the full 2 weeks, had to use the lido across the road at a cost of around £600.00, just wondering if it has opened at all yet, won't be returning and won't be paying the maintenance fees again

A horrific experience, hopefully never to be repeated again. We were unfortunately placed into this hotel following a cancelled flight. Well it certainly wasn't four star by any stretch of the imagination. It was the hotel from hell. The rooms were extremely dated something you might see in a gothic movie like hotel Transylvania. The room was abysmal and totally dilapidated. It was stifling hot and there was no working air con. The maintenance man endeavoured to fix it but to no avail. It was covered in grease and grime. We asked for complimentary water for our children and were told it wasn't something they did. We were drenched in sweat. Then they failed yo provide a double bed for our children so my daughter ended up falling off the bed whilst asleep Me and my husband had to sleep on a single double bed, our legs were hanging off the bed. As well as this the windows were positioned directly above the bed (which had no head board), this was extremely dangerous. We were concerned that our children might fall out of the window. There was no safety mechanism in place to support this low window. As well as this the shower didn't work properly and required a team of maintenance men to fix it. We couldn't wait to get out of this dungeon of a hotel and skipped conplimentary breakfast just to err on the side of caution. This was the hotel from hell. I have just recently looked at my review and they have removed the pictures and tried to change it from a one star review to a four star review. They should be concerned as real pictures don't lie. Avoid like the plague.
