The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful even they don’t speak English very well. There were plenty of amenities and they provided premium skincare products. The hotel location was extremely convenient accessible inside the train station and it was quiet.

八戸駅直結と便利ではあるが、見劣りする施設にお値段は安からず、駅前の全国チェーンのビジネスホテルの方がコスパが良いと思われる。シングルの部屋は窮屈、読み物をするには暗い。

青森県内を周遊して旅行後に新幹線移動の前泊として利用しました。 家族4人での旅行でしたので、シングルの2名利用で二部屋となりました。 部屋や館内全般とてもきれいに改装されていて気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

青森出張で八戸より始発に乗る為に宿泊。 駅直結だから改札出たら直ぐホテルで便利でした。 部屋はビジネスホテルに毛が生えた程度ですが、基本寝るだけだったので全く問題なかったです。 周辺食事所は偵察時間無かったですが、選択肢が無いのは間違い無いですので、食目当てならやめた方が良いかなぁと。 駅内に小さなコンビニ有りました。 気に入ったのは朝食です。駅中の食事所が開放されて朝食会場となっているのですが6:15から食べれるので始発に間に合います。 せんべい汁、出汁茶漬けが美味く朝から満足でした。

東日本パスを使って、奥入瀬や陸奥湊での朝市に行くためにホテルを探していたが満室続きで、なんとか空きを見つけて予約できたホテル。 駅直結で便利ですが、駅の周辺は飲食店の選択肢もあまりなく、新幹線がある駅にしてはさびれた感じです。 夕方チェックインした時は空いていて、がらんとしていましたが、夜20時頃にはチェックインする人が行列していました。（フロントは二人体制） 翌朝、朝市に行った後に朝食会場へ。 8時半頃だったので空いていると思いきや、意外と混んでいて、バイキング式でおかずを取るスペースがとても狭く、人が多いとなおさら勝手が悪い。 人手不足かスタッフも二人しかおらず、まわってないようで、私が入った時はおかずを取るお皿もなかったり、ご飯も残り少ししかなく、おかずも追加されてなかったりな状態でした。 テーブル数も部屋数からしたら少なそうで、朝一番に食べに来たら大混雑なのでは？ 他の方も書いておられましたが、おかずの種類も少なく、宿泊に朝食がついているならまだしも、わざわざここにお金を出して食べにくる価値はないと思います。 （それでも駅の周りに朝から開いているのはドトールくらいしかなさそうだし、こう言う状態でもお金を払って来る人がいるということなのか？） 部屋は狭いけど清潔。 コインランドリーは５階の階段そばにあり、とっても狭いスペースに何とか設置したらしき雰囲気。洗濯機、乾燥機とも一台。 泊まるだけなら問題はないけど、夜に飲んだり食べたりしたいなら本八戸に泊まる方がよいのかなぁ。 でも新幹線利用なら、わざわざ本八戸へ行くのも不便だし、悩みどころかも。
