We apologize for the inconvenience, but when a customer reports that the sheets are dirty, our front desk staff will replace them in the presence of the customer and then check to see if they are okay. Please note that we cannot respond to requests to make a complaint after the stay and ask for a refund. Also, we have not been able to confirm the stains on the sheets as shown in the photo that the customer attached. If a similar incident occurs again in the future, please bring the sheets to the front desk on the spot, otherwise we will not be able to respond. Thank you for your understanding.

The B in R&B Hotel is an abbreviation for "Breakfast", so we were particular about providing breakfast, but we apologize for not being able to provide a satisfactory breakfast this time.
