Wonderful sleeping comfort and warmly decorated rooms, close to the beach and a cozy bar.

It was a nice hotel. The beds were of really good quality. Very equipped!!

Hello, I have booked and paid for breakfast included, guy from reception tried to scam me saying breakfast is not included. Beds are not comfortable and you won't get one large double bed, only connected single beds. No door in the bathroom. To go to the toilet had to go to the first floor where is lobby. Room stinks sewer.

Took a trip to the Hague on a spur of the moment spend our first night here. A beautiful and peaceful night. The hotel is splendid and ever so calming. The wellness and spa area is perfect. Cannot recommended this enough. What a gem ! Added a little photo of the lobby which was ever so stylish.

My father has checked in the hotel only to be given an used and dirty room. The beds were used and so were the towels in the bathroom, the towels were on the floor, the rubbish was lying around, and on the table, it was very obvious that they didnt clean the room before having new guests checking in! When my dad reported it to the receptionist he was told that the room wont be able to be cleaned as the cleaners have now left the hotel, he was offered a different room that was a lot smaller and not what he paid for. Its a disgrace to say a 4 star hotel has failed to clean the room prior to new guests coming in

The faucet in the bathtub was leaking. And through the window the wind was blowing. Every other things were good. Workers were friendly, location was very good. Just 2-3 minutes to the beach. Breakfast was awesome.

Nice place, friendly service, Good food & great location for a vacation with kids! All mains attractions @ walking distance & tram/bus around the corner. If the weather is bad, the swimming pool is open till late 👍🏽

The quality of the room was very poor. Please stay away. The towels, the curtains and many more things were dirty. The room was very oldschool and oldfashioned and in absolutely in Need of renovation.

Location is very good but the hotel room is much outdated! Near to everything...strand, shopping and tram. But if you're picky with room quality than choose other hotel. Breakfast is okay but don't expect much.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. There was enough to choose from at the breakfast buffet. Room prices are a bit high but the location of the hotel is perfect for a few days near the beach.

Clean, efficient, very friendly staff, who are professional and efficient, and an excellent location. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated, the breakfast is incredible, fresh food and beverages, and the staff are excellent! Thank you Bilderberg!

Improvements could be made to speed up the check in and check out processes. Would also be nice to have soundproof rooms. However, staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent, less than 5 mn walk to the beach.
