The hotel has a great location, but unfortunately it is not very clean. The carpet in the restaurant is very dirty.
Breakfast was OK but at €20 it was way too expensive.

The stay itself was fine. However, what is absolutely wrong is the handling of credit card data. Upon arrival, my credit card had the deposit inclusive of city tax blocked, which I approved. The next morning while I was still asleep, another amount was charged to my credit card. When I noticed that, I paid the tourism tax in cash when I checked out. The lady at reception apologized for the inconvenience and assured that the debits had been cancelled. Now 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my money, no more replies and had to open a case with my credit card company. So very disappointing

Uitstekende ligging, we boekten een culinair arrangement ter gelegenheid van een verjaardag. Het was uitstekend verzorgd en alles klopte, de vriendelijke ontvangst, de kamer met balkon en uitzicht op zee, het drankje in de bar, het tafeltje aan het raam, het die gangen diner met water en wijn, de uiterst vriendelijke bediening, een goed bed, prima douche, lekker zwembad ( helaas te koud voor zee) en een geweldig ontbijt. Familien mit Hund müssen extra Zimmer buchen!
Wurde bei ******* schlecht kommuniziert!!
War dafür zu teuer und viel Aufwand!
Musste mit unserem Hund alleine schlafen. Von meiner Familie getrennt.
Zimmer war laut!
Habe für Frühstück für 7 Personen Tisch reserviert. War leider nicht gemacht!! Sodas wir getrennt frühstücken mussten.
Bin enttäuscht!

Vanaf de aankomst tot aan het vertrek was onze ervaring met dit hotel een warme douche. Het personeel was zonder uitzonering uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was smaakvol ingericht, het bed sliep heerlijk. Het diner was uitgebreid en meer dan voldoende, het diner was heel smaakvol en goed verzorgd.

Super!!! Gevraagt aan het personeel of ze het bed vol met rozenblaadjes wilde leggen omdat ik die dag mijn vriendin te huwelijk ging vragen. Het bed ligt er zo mooi bij, plus een mooie grote roos en handdoeken die als zwanen zijn gevouwen op het bed. Bubbels en chocolade. We hebben een heerlijke nacht gehad, wauw wat slapen jullie bedden heerlijk. Pluspunt, mijn vriendin zei ja.
