Prima hotel, mooi ingericht, ruime entree, groot parkeerterrein (gratis parkeren). Vriendelijke ontvangst bij receptie. Bedden zijn boxsprings maar wel met enorme kuil in het midden. Bij douchen weinig druk op het water (kan gelegen hebben aan hoogte, zat op 10e verdieping) en water loopt slecht weg.

Not a good experience with Riva Hotel. Service was super bad, gentleman at the counter didn't know what he was talking about at all. I live in The Hague myself so tourist tax is not necessary for me to pay. Yet later the room is called that I live in Delft and not in The Hague and still have to come down to pay. I have lived in The Hague all my life, but sir knew better and told me that my address is in Delft. After repeating the address 10 times and looking it up on google maps yourself, it was okay. But no excuse was forthcoming. Furthermore, the room was not clean. Dust everywhere and dirty stains on the bed. The shower drain is also never cleaned because after 2 minutes in the shower, everything overflows and the hairs come out of the drain. Only plus was the free parking in front of the hotel. But this was also the last time Riva hotel.
