This group was responsive, followed through with assistance, reached out when information was required. The one issue was the control of heating system, though we are very aware of the need to be conscious of energy use, and do live in a cold climate, the controls at the site didn’t always functioning as well as could be expected. Location and everything else was excellent.

This was the most amazing experience I have had in my travels. Check-in was easy, and the woman showing us the apartment was sweet and helpful. The apartment was large and beautiful. We had no issues parking in the garage and living comfortably in our unit. My sister and her family also had another unit and couldn't be happier with the large and beautiful accommodations. Then, I left my sleeping mask there, not only did they contact me to let me know, but b/c I couldn't pick it up, I asked them to send me a picture of the tag, so I could replace it. They sent a photo and also an Amazon link to purchase the exact one! I call that over and above service. I would for sure stay here again if returning to The Hague. Thanks so much.

Nice apartment in a great location for the places where I visit. In a good area and close to local supermarkets and some restaurants if you don't want to cook. Easy access to the Haagse Bos park and Centraal Station. Only real issue I had was with the noise of the rain on the skylight during some stormy weather - earplugs needed to get some sleep.

There is a large balcony and wild birds come to play from the park facing the balcony (the forest on the west side of Huis Ten Bosch).
It is located in the Bunkyo area, so I was able to live there safely. It has air conditioning, which is rare for an apartment in the Netherlands.
The washing machine is for your own use, but it is located outside the room. There is a shared vacuum cleaner, so you can clean it yourself.
There is a refrigerator, but no freezer.
