This is my first business trip to Israel. I was introduced to a hotel by a colleague. The price is good, the food is delicious, and the room is very comfortable. I don’t feel nervous. I will choose this hotel next time I travel.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone from the reception, pool staff, security officer, and lobby bar were especially nice, patient, and helpful. Despite the crazy hot weather, there was a good breeze in the pool area, and behind the hotel is a wide promenade with a beautiful view of the bay. The lobby a floor above the reception desk also has a great view of the bay. There is a parking garage which was expensive unless you have a handicapped sticker. On weekdays there was parking a few blocks down on the street of the promenade, so you can drop off your suitcases and then go find parking.

Location was ok but very noisy . Often local people would meet in the corridor after 12 pm midnight . These people would socialize with loud voice and laugh . No respect for the guests at the hotel that need to rest ! Until someone would tell them to be quiet !!! The breakfast was only good in day one . The managers were not friendly one day I asked for bottle of water and he said you need to pay for it ! The receptionist called and one of the staff brought me water . Mind you my friend and I paid premier price for staying in your hotel . Also the entire walkway corridor was flooded with people Lunderies to dry.
The only good thing was a young lady at the reception with long hair she usually worked during a day shift , who always were professional and genuinely helpful .

We had a wonderful Passover week at the Dan Panorama Haifa in Israel. The hospitality was extraordinary and the meals were delicious. This was actually during a difficult period in Israel and the hotel was also hosting a number of refugee families from up North. The hotel staff were always considerate and friendly to all the families and their young children.

One of us is a vegetarian) and Friday night’s rectangular shaped vegetable pie by Chef Sanjay was out of this world!!….. Wonderful!
