Great Stay. Super comfy room, and friendly and helpful staff, specially front desk team going the extra mile to help out and making you comfortable. Language barrier was not an obstacle to deliver a quality and excellence service

Convenient location, next to the train station and not far from the airport. At the reception, Mendy helped to extend the room and explained everything in detail. Breakfast is standard for Hainan. I recommend visiting the hotel.

My child went to Hainan for the first time for graduation trip. This is a hotel with super cost-effectiveness. The front desk lady provided very good service. She upgraded the room for us for free and sent us to the elevator. She patiently introduced the hotel's supporting services. The self-service laundry room with drying equipment is very good. There are resident singers by the pool at night. The high-speed rail passes above the pool. Maybe we live on the other side and are not affected by the noise. The breakfast variety is diverse and delicious. The hotel management is very humane. Although it is stated that two breakfasts are 88 yuan/person, they did not ask us to pay extra. In the morning, I saw that there were passengers sleeping on the sofa in the lobby with suitcases and they were not driven away. This is great. Many places can't do this.
