The gardens are really beautiful but the management and service is very poor. The rooms are barely furnished and use low quality materials. It’s a disappointment.

Beautiful hotel! Felt like staying in the forbidden city. I loved my room!!! It had a living room and big bathroom with beautiful tub. Big balcony but no view and uncomfortable chair.

Environment: Chinese-style architecture, lush greenery, fresh air, and beautiful living environment. Service: We arrived late that night and were entertained by two young ladies, Xiaojuan and Xiaochen. Because we saw online that the hotel had a long history, we were worried about the living environment. The two young ladies were very enthusiastic to show us the room. After arriving at the room, my husband and I felt that although the internal facilities of the room were a bit old, the whole room was clean and tidy, and the environment outside the balcony was beautiful, so we decided to stay. The staff was very patient throughout the service and felt very comfortable.

The room was very good and the service was very user-friendly. The airport pick-up driver picked us up at around 11pm, which was very good. The front desk lady Qu Yuan was also very nice and provided warm and thoughtful service.

I originally booked two nights, but I decisively refunded one night! Also, people who stay here should be cautious, unless you don't mind the musty smell (which causes cancer). In the parent-child room, there is a rocking horse, which is made of foam wrapped in a layer of cloth. Children can't sit on it, and the cushions on the parent-child room are very dirty. There was no time to change hotels I thought I would just come back to lie down in the middle of the night and leave early the next morning) 5. Because of the false charging parking spaces on the Internet, I could only go to the side to charge after watching the concert. I arrived at the hotel at about 12:30 in the morning. After arriving, the security guard would not let me park, saying that there were no parking spaces. He asked me to drive to the west of the extension and said that a shuttle bus would be sent to pick me up. However, there was no street light (caused by the typhoon) about 800 meters away from the hotel. I waited for five minutes and no one came. At this moment, I drove back and was told by the security guard that "the shuttle bus had no electricity. It ran out of electricity during the day. I am from the security department, and that is the business of the concierge department. Parking is not allowed here. If you want to park, you must come and drive away at 8 o'clock in the morning, etc." These are the original words of the staff of this hotel. 6. Complained to the front desk but to no avail. The front desk staff also looked like they had not graduated from hotel management. The manager did not come out even when I asked him to. 7. It was already past 1 o'clock. The whole process lasted for half an hour. In the end, they stopped not far from the door, about 20 meters away. 8. After returning to the room, there were only two 400ml bottles of mineral water and the refrigerator was empty. 9. The doorman helped to move the boxes into the car when I left the hotel (but this is the service that should be provided). 10. Due to the influence of the typhoon, the gardens were destroyed, but they are still beautiful. The location is very convenient, very close to the airport high-speed rail, suitable for guests who will fly the next day. Breakfast is generally 68 yuan per person.
