酒店環境很好，服務態度很好有禮貌，房間乾淨整齊，被褥柔軟舒適整齊，廁所乾淨整齊無異味，毛巾柔軟舒適，網絡穩定用起來極度方便，水很大，全天熱水，隨時可用，超級方便哦

設施：看重的老牌四星，設施比較老舊了，但是可以提高服務，但是發生的兩件事，酒店處理非常讓人不滿意。一是入住後，入住的房間裏發黴的味道特別嚴重，跟前台反應後，來了個服務員，説他們聞習慣，感覺不出來。我就説如果不能換就算了，最後極不情願的換了。二是第二天早上就餐的時候，有兩人免費早餐，由於有個小朋友就去前台和餐廳確認，有個1米2的小朋友。但是8點多就餐的時候，因為就餐人數的問題，餐廳服務員一直以為我們已經有人就餐了，跟服務員花了大量的時間去解釋也沒有用，找了酒店的其他人員也沒有解決。直到打了12345電話，不得不投訴，才有酒店負責人解決。真的無語了，酒店的這兩件事處理就不想讓人呆了。不想給什麼三星二星的，做好服務。
