Our 3 night stay night stay at Haikou. Highly recommended hotel for foreigners like us😭.
Staffs were friendly and able to assist how to use the local mobile application for payment. Room was clean and hotel also come with free washing machine where you can do your laundry. Location was about 10-15min walk to the famous 椅樓old quarters. Surrounding area have a lot of shopping where you won’t be feel so bore at the hotel surrounding.

Fantastic room for the price but location a little off for that area! GPS failed to locate the place…..

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the coffee is nice. Receptionist is helpful and friendly.

Very clean and well located. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Opposite hotel has a mall and supermarket. The streets at the back of the mall has many local restaurants.

Location is very convenient. The buildings besides the hotel are quite old and some are vacant. But there is a shopping mall and Wan Hao supermarket at the opposite road of the hotel. Overall it is still value for money.

not sure if only my room do not hav refrigerator
toilet bowl was clogged， plumber clear it in minutes

Very friendly and good service by the hotel management and housekeeper. They even helped to heat up our food and provide cutlery for our needs, this is surely a recommended hotel for stay.

Mostly local TV channels and there's no fridge in the room. Overall a decent stay for a night.

Excellent front desk service. Room was clean. Good location to a few shopping malls on the opposite side of the hotel. Quite near train station. Serve good welcome coffee.

The staff were very helpful and responsive to my needs, guiding me with travelling around on Didi, pointing to local food and preparing great round of complimentary coffee every morning upon request.

Lovely hotel for a budget traveller
New and clean with free breakfast
Service is excellent : staff very helpful and friendly
Help us to use our wechat as we are new and unfamiliar

Also come wirh free breakfast and a free cup of coffee any time of the day

Just opposite rows of shops and mall. Breakfast variety a bit limited. Room of reasonable size and clean.
