Hotel in good location and near mall. A lot if food and shopping. When check in to 1 of the room, smell of smoke a d ask the reception to change room. They are prompt to response and special thanks to trainee, Xiao Han, she lead me to another room on higher floor with a purify inside the room and make sure I'm OK then she leave and said anything can call her again. Appreciated.

Huge hotel, rooms are big and nice. Food in restaurants good quality and seems reasonable. Staff are super nice, in all areas. Our special compliments to Heidy Hon ( 韓燕琴) who worked at the front reception-was polite, patient and more than willing to help. We were totally impressed with her good service They do need some staff with knowledge of English. The Hot Springs are clean and quiet but it needs more lighting at night. .

This hotel was a good find. The rooms are great, clean and spacious. The beach is the best thing it has, clean, wild, empty. Bring your own chairs because it is as empty as we show on the pics. The pools are clean and huge, lot’s of space for all guests. Beautiful gardens to walk around. The only issue was food: breakfast was really good with a ton of options for Chinese and western. However, after breakfast you will fin a Chinese restaurant call China Spice with only Chinese food and a bit pricey, the room service menu which was ridiculously overpriced or the food at the bar, which was not great. We ordered Quesadillas that had no cheese, and who knows what was inside, look at the pic of the guacamole. The pizza margarita is your best option there. The piña coladas were a good option. We gave it 4 diamonds because of the food options, you can order delivery through the Apps though, there is nothing around walking distance.

This hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. The desk clerk (Alvin) checked us in and his English was really good. During our stay at the hotel, we saw him a few times in passing and he made sure we were taken care of. The location is really nice because it is just across the street from Mission Hills shopping plaza. The only downside is that cars park on the side of the road to get to the shopping plaza and it makes it difficult to weave through to get to the hotel which is behind the plaza. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

I recently visited the Flair Bar on the 20th floor of the Ritz-Carlton in Haikou and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The bartender, Cathy, displayed remarkable skill and creativity with her cocktail mixology, making each drink not just a beverage but a memorable experience. The manager, Sophie, ensured everything ran smoothly, reflecting her excellent management skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the waitresses Vicky and Ruby were the epitome of professionalism and warmth, making our stay even more enjoyable with their attentive and friendly service. The ambiance of the bar was elevated by their combined efforts, making it a must-visit spot. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service which significantly enhanced our evening!

The girl at the front desk (Xiaojuan) warmly welcomed us and arranged a room in time. After checking into the hotel, we were surprised. I didn't expect that the hotel we booked online was so high-end, with reasonable prices and affordable prices. The park scenery is great, and it is said to be a national garden hotel park building. It's antique, with crisp and sweet birdsong, clean swimming pool, small fish biting your feet (Turkish fish spa), fresh air for walking in the park, and rare tree species (Indian sandalwood tree 🌲). The night view of the garden is particularly beautiful at night. The breakfast is rich in variety. After staying in Hainan for more than a month, I didn't expect that the last stop would be so perfect. Stayed for two nights and the big bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Highly recommended!

The receptionist was kind enough to help us order food through the ** app, because we were unable to do so. The hotel was really nice, love the place where they sell food and also the reading corner. A pity we came late and had to leave early, if not would love to spend more time in the hotel!

The climate in Haikou is very good. It is still over 20 degrees in November. It is very comfortable. The community environment is very good. The hotel is in a high-rise community with complete basic facilities. Ctrip Platinum members gave me an early check-in, which is very convenient. The front desk service is a bit Hainan-like, and it is also very B&B. For a short stay, I basically went back to take a nap to attend an event. The price/performance ratio was pretty good. It was very close to Mission Hills Stadium and it was more convenient to go to Mission Hills.

Facilities: The hotel is indeed an old hotel, but it keeps pace with the times. The facilities are completely modern, and the whole house is intelligently controlled. You can just move your mouth. The children especially like it, and it also brings a successful end to our trip to Hainan! Hygiene: clean and tidy, comfortable to look at and warm to live in! Environment: The surrounding area is very convenient for shopping, eating and parking. Less than 20 meters away from the hotel on the left hand side, there is a Shaanxi-style restaurant that can satisfy the tastes of different places. There are many customers. We had a meal, which was not expensive and was very filling. The noodles are very authentic! Of course, there should be a buffet in the Chao'an Hotel, but it was not a meal time when we were eating, so we didn't catch it! Service: The service is very considerate. We had a double bed room, but the family was afraid of being noisy and asked for another quilt. 10 minutes later the front desk called ☎️ and said it would be given. They started small and paid attention to details. It really made people feel warm. Heart! I have to mention that the free pick-up and drop-off services really solve the problems for travelers. I will stay at this hotel again in the future!

一進房間就感覺很清爽，裝修也別緻，床睡着很舒服，房間也很安靜，衞生值得表揚下，乾淨清爽，一點異味沒有，周邊很方便，下樓就是公交站，還有充電樁，超市飯店也很近。老闆人很好，熱情好客，耐心解答疑問。小區環境很好，綠化做得很漂亮，裏面還有個游泳池。

The price is very affordable. Basically the same as the picture. It is added filters. We live in a total of 3 rooms for 6 people, but the bed is too hard. The second bedroom we sleep in is a thin layer of cotton inside. The pain of sleeping affects the mood. It is recommended to check in and discuss with the landlord. He has many listings to choose from. Secondly, it takes about ten minutes to walk. There is a square where there is a place to eat. There is also a 10,000-person seafood market. It is not recommended to eat. It is a bit expensive. We rented a car and drove to the city. It was not far away. There was no shared bicycle at the door. There were some food downstairs in the community. Chongqing grilled fish was OK.
