2nd time staying here Near to haikou dong high speed rail Counter service is good. Helpful over the booking of transport. Not all apps back home is applicable here. The room is spacious and clean. In evening, a warm receiving welcome message tag with a handmade towel. Very much appreciated after a tired day. Breakfast is average (limited depends on demand) Cinema is located just next to hotel. Mini bar too. Many shops to room around. Near to MEI LAN airport. 20mins

The hotel was booked for the team building. The location is convenient, the parking lot is large, there are many hotels and shopping malls nearby. The service is also very warm, and a small gift was given when checking out. It was a good experience. It is three kilometers away from Qilou Old Street, so it is ok to go out.

The experience of staying at Jiajie Boutique Hotel is excellent, with elegant and comfortable environment and considerate and meticulous service. The room facilities are modern and complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The geographical location is superior, close to business districts and scenic spots, and the transportation is convenient. Next time I come to Haikou, I will choose here again. Very good, good location.

Great location. Small but enough space for a short stay. Even had a desk and side table. Clean and with great view from the roof over the old city streets. Nice charm. Big plus. Elevator to get up to the room with lots of luggage. 🤣🤩.

It's in a very good location inside the arcade. There are some restaurants downstairs, which makes it convenient for eating and traveling. It's more beautiful to stroll around the arcade at night, and the Dad Tea Powder Bus is also next to it. I am really satisfied with living in this place.

Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

This is a newly opened hotel. I like the decoration style very much. It is simple and comfortable. The guys and girls at the front desk are very warm and friendly. The scenery from the floor-to-ceiling windows is very good. The breakfast has many varieties and good quality. I am very satisfied.

A big plus was the modern bathroom featuring a bidet and heated seat - a nice touch you don't always find at this price point. While everything else was great, the pillows weren't the fluffiest. They weren't terrible, but if you're particular about pillow comfort, you might want to bring your own. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.
