車子不能開到營地，衹能停在附近的停車場坐接駁車，但還算方便，營地很大服務熱情寵物友好活動豐富，浴室水比較小，這次還中獎了住了個空調壞的，本來想讓我們換一間的，但搬來搬去太麻煩，所以多要了床被子，吃飯訂餐還送到房間，周圍環境也很不錯，因此這次入住還是很滿意的

非常滿意，前台服務態度很好很熱情！床鋪柔軟舒適，服務很用心，房型也很舒服，酒店也有很多童趣的活動，室外景色很美，很有特色，小朋友很喜歡，晚上休息很安逸，隔音效果不錯贊，入住很快，環境也不錯，房間乾淨，入住首選，滿意。酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情，效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意！非常好，環境很漂亮，下次還會來的！

帶孩子來觀潮的，總的來講環境還是不錯的。
前台和客房服務，餐廳服務員都非常nice，只有接送司機態度實在是…送我們出去，直接把我們的一股腦全部扔地上自己開走。導致最後魚竿都遺留在他車上。最後還是前台小姐姐幫我們確認寄回。

為了看錢塘江觀潮預訂的房車，結果因為貝碧嘉和普拉桑延遲一個月入住，過了觀潮期有點遺憾。不過房體驗不錯，避開高峯，房間升級，營地很安靜也很乾凈～ 早餐品類很豐富，下雨營地提供免費的室內DIY手工，小盆友做了個燈籠、拼圖和帆布包塗鴉，很開心！ 手機和充電線落在營地，營地小姐姐不厭其煩分別寄了兩次快遞☺️
明年觀潮期再約～
