Well located in the city and near from the only beaches walkable from the city center.

The hotel is located on the main road in town, at the time of my arrival they where doing renovations works on the building but still renting some rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We repeat the night, quite quiet and the food is good, the location is the best

Pictures are deceptive. Room was damp with a very small washroom. Literally water coming up through the floor boards.

Easy check I’m. Helpful front desk. Only negative was there was not an enclosed shower in the room.

Room (105) was a good size but the walls are paper thin and conversations by neighbours can be heard like they are in the room with you. Wifi was good. Location is excellent. Reception staff are very good. Kitchen and bar staff not so. My wife had a curry which should include coconut. There was none and when she mentioned this to the bar man he argued saying “same…same” So we donot recommend eating there as good restaurants are plentiful nearby. Breakfast varied from terrible to mediocre, depending on how many guests was staying. More guests = greater choice! The reception staff organised our journey to Hanoi, which was brilliantly organised hotel to hotel. Overall the stay was ok, the cost is reflective of overall quality with the exception of the bar food which is expensive and not up to standard.

We stayed 3 days at The Oasis, first, Linh is the man of the situation, helping us with everything, the breakfast is very good, the room are comfy and the shower very hot ! the location is perfect and quiet and close to the restaurants and the nightlife. I recommend this place.

Basic rooms, good location. We had two rooms. One needed a new curtain as the hallway light kept flicking on and off all night. The second room was full of mosquitoes because the bathroom had no screen. The pool needs fixing, planks around the pool were dangerous. Food waa basic. Some of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Others not so much. Overall I think the place needs an upgrade

Very basic rooms which were not particularly clean. We had two rooms, both with ensuites and one had a leaking sink - the water just drained onto the floor. Breakfast was included but pretty basic and unappealing. Evening cocktails were good though!

Cat Ba Oasis Bungalows was exactly what we needed for our time in CatBa. Located right near the beach, there was good access to activities, food, drink, etc. Rooms were clean and had good A/C. Check-In / Out was easy. The hotel held our bags for us and helped us book a taxi to do some hiking. Breakfast had reasonable options. The pool was completely empty at night, very nice area to hang out.
