衞生條件及差、服務態度及差、房間設施老舊，跟我們在網上看的相差及大，網上我們訂了房付了費，等我們進房間入住還要讓我們另加錢，因為房間不能退，無奈我們衹能認栽又加了100000（越盾），以後再也不會住這個酒店了
