The light in the room have problem so we need to change the room but not clean

Hotel is clean and breakfast was good,but the hotel is centralised Aircon.

Everything was fine except housekeeping keep knocking on the door wanting to clean my room despite telling them to come back later

The hotel is located in the city center. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good with many varieties. The room is spacious and comfortable. I will choose to stay here next time if I have the opportunity.

The sanitation and service are both okay, but the breakfast is a bit flawed.

The facilities of the hotel are good, but the drainage of the bathhouse is not smooth, and there is a lot of garbage around the location of the hotel. A company rented the third floor for an event that day, making it inconvenient to get in and out of the elevator. Check-out process takes a long time

The location is good and the building is newly built so there is also a second branch. There is Shinhan Woori Bank, the second branch for Koreans, nearby. There is a large supermarket nearby. There was something like a coffee stain on the carpet in the room, so the cleanliness rating was 3 points.
