The only positive thing is that the hotel is next to a bus stop that goes to CatBa...
Of the minuses - a very strange registration system, not very friendly staff. To check in, allow exactly half an hour. There are no people at the reception desk, the security guard calls them separately..
breakfast - brought to the room - brewed doshirak (that's just a square of doshirak!!) with meat and onions and 2 bananas per person. No drinks!
The cleanliness of the room is also so-so.. in general, sleeping in the absence of other options is fine, but we definitely won’t go here again

Such a nightmare experience to us! Had a reservation but when we arrived at 8pm, there was no one at the reception, only a security guard who helped us to check in. Unfortunately, he could not find the key for our assigned room, and had to give us another one. Room was old and a bit smelly. In the morning, nothing was served at the restaurant though breakfast was included in our booking. Worse than that, the receptionist was missing. Again, the security guy helped us to check out but did not let us go. After 20 minutes calling to someone to check, he finally let us go with anxiety, and of course, without any apology. We had to climb the stairs and carry our bags by ourselves. The worst experience we had in Hai Phong so far!
