JIAXING SENBO NATURE PARK & RESORT

We booked a three-day, two-night trip, and the overall experience was exceptionally comfortable. Our butler, Paofuh, was incredibly reliable, responded quickly to messages, and proactively sent reminders about recent park activities to help us plan our itinerary. The room was equipped with children's slippers and a complete set of kids' toiletries. The park is surrounded by lush trees, providing fresh air. The kids had a blast at the water park, and parents could either relax or join in the fun. There were plenty of dining options for all three meals, and our child was enthusiastic the entire time. I've already recommended it to friends!

This hotel is truly excellent! As soon as we entered, we were impressed by its beautiful garden-like setting, with lush trees and green lawns. Zhou Yahhui at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded us for free to a room with a terrace. The next morning, it rained, and we sat on the terrace, gazing at the verdant mountains. Watching the gentle drizzle and listening to the raindrops fall was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The hotel's breakfast was also great, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options, all delicious. It's not just a paradise for kids, but also a perfect place for adults to unwind and de-stress.

This hotel is nestled against a mountain and overlooks a lake, offering a quiet and comfortable environment. The water park has a pleasant water temperature, and the indoor area isn't cold, so both adults and children can relax. The bedding in the guest rooms is soft, ensuring a good night's sleep for the whole family. In the evenings, there are musical fountains and performances in the park. Our butler, Mo Mo, provided a detailed guide to the activities, showing great attention to detail.

This is a great family-friendly hotel, less than a two-hour drive from Shanghai, making it perfect for a one-night, two-day trip. While the hotel's facilities are fairly standard, it really shines in its pleasant environment and convenient all-inclusive kids' activities. The travel photography turned out great, and the hotel's buffet dinner offers good value for money.

I brought my twin babies and unexpectedly unlocked a fantastic photo experience. 🥰 The hotel grounds feel like a fairytale forest, surrounded by lush greenery with a full 'forest' vibe – every shot is picture-perfect. The photographer was incredibly patient and great at engaging the kids, capturing their interactions beautifully. Their expressions were so natural and lively, not stiff at all. The retouched photos are high-quality, with soft tones that perfectly capture the babies' cuteness and the calming atmosphere of Senbo. Plus, there's a short video to remember those dynamic moments. The service was attentive and professional, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. This trip created such precious memories for our family. I highly recommend it to all moms with kids – it's worth visiting again and again!

My first stay at Kaiyuan Senbo was a great experience. I brought my cat, and the front desk staff politely informed me that pets aren't allowed in the main building. They automatically upgraded us to a forest cabin free of charge. Knowing that my elderly companion had trouble with their legs, they arranged for room 9003, which was quite close to the lobby. The room amenities were good; the fridge was cold enough, and the toilet and shower were separate. There was even USB charging, and children's toiletries and a footstool were provided, all great details. The duvet was just the right thickness, which I really appreciated – I hate it when hotel air conditioning isn't strong enough and the duvet is too thick. However, the pillows were a bit too flat. On May 30th, during checkout, a staff member driving by offered to take us directly to the parking garage. Overall, the service here was excellent, and our butler, Xiao Bai, was always checking in on our needs.

Excellent service, all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast had a great variety of options suitable for babies, and my child had a wonderful time. There were lots of activities for kids to participate in. It's also very close to Nanbei Lake and the small camping ground.
