Loved the hotel and the locationt, all the staff was amazing and polite, the room was very clean and the view was beautiful, there are many delicious restaurants nearby, really loved my stay, plan to come again in the future.

I had a fantastic sea view room, very well arranged with a living area and an extensive balcony. Service was great. As it was CNY eve a few of the shops were shut. The beach was well maintained and the hot springs were open (although I didn’t go in). I will come back again in warmer weather. The food from the restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

Big room with a beautiful sea view. Good experience to stay 2 or 3 days. Good breakfast. Limited in term of activity and food diversity. Difficulty to find a staff who can speak in English. Our room give us the VIP status. With this VIP card, we had the free access to the pool.

The room is clean and tidy. I booked a 180-degree sea view room with a terrace. I can see the sea and listen to the sound of the waves while lying on the bed. When the terrace door is closed, it is very quiet. It is a good place to relax. There are many barbecued seafoods within a 5-minute walk. The car is parked on the 2nd floor, which is directly connected to the lobby. It is very convenient.

I brought a 4-year-old child, and the hot water ran out before the water reached his belly. Cold water is OK. You are really too stingy for such a big hotel. The first person took a bath, which means that the second person had to use this bathtub to take a bath the next day. The water pressure in the bathtub was gone the next day, which means that you can only stay for one day and take a bath once. Isn't it too funny! The attitude and voice of the waiter on the phone, I understand that you received many tourist groups on May 1st, which is quite hard, but we asked you if you could speak louder, I really couldn't hear it. The mat in the room was really dirty. We moved the bed at night and put a child's mat, and found a garbage bag under the bed from a long time ago! ! ! ! We booked 3 rooms for a family trip with my parents and sister. The front desk lady had a very good service attitude and gave us 3 adjacent rooms. She also gave us welcome fruit. The hotel environment is good. There is the sea outside, which is convenient for traveling with children. You can go back to the room to rest at any time when you are tired.

Invincible sea view, warm service

Huge ocean view suite. The hotel has a ten-mile beach. There are not many tourists for some reason. It is very quiet and I sleep very comfortably at night.
