Japanese hotels will never disappoint you

Sheets were not the cleanest, good location, convenient stay for a solo traveller.

Posada Suimei is in a very convenient location being just next to Hakone Yumoto station. It shares the same check-in counter and onsen facilities as Hakone Suimeisou hotel. The room is clean, with towels and necessary amenities but small. There is an indoor and outdoor onsen with stipulated timings for different genders. Would highly recommend for those travelling on a budget.

The hotel is just over the overpass from Hakone-Yumoto Station in 2 or 3 minutes. It’s so convenient. Attached to the Suimeizhuang annex, there is a hot spring bath that is better than wearing a yukata and shoes. Usually I have to do it myself In terms of hygiene, there may be some small insects in the suburbs, but it’s not a big problem. The mattress is relatively soft and overall the price/performance ratio is very good

Very suitable for solo travelers. Although the room is old, it is still clean and the bathroom is fully equipped. To take a hot spring bath, go to the sixth floor of the main building of Suimeiso. There are not many people, and you are often the only one taking a bath. It is a quiet place like a private hot spring.

The Hoshi/Moon-no-yu is a male and female hot spring that is exchanged at different times. The Tsukimi-no-yu is similar to the five-square-shaped private hot spring. When there are few people, you can occupy the entire hot spring. [Geographic location] After taking 🚇/🚌 to Hakone Yumoto Station, you need to cross the overpass and walk for another 5 minutes. The transportation can be said to be very convenient. [Hotel service] Breakfast cannot be added to the annex! It seems that each room in the main building has a separate breakfast room.

Shuimingzhuang's annex Check-in and bathing in hot springs are in the main building of Suimingso The accommodation is opposite the main hotel. The single room has complete facilities and is very quiet. There is an elevator. Opposite is a famous tofu restaurant. The price of 8,500 yen is quite a bargain.

A hot spring dormitory suitable for single travel. There are 3 open-air hot spring pools. Since the rooms in the opposite building were fully booked, we could only choose the annex building opposite. The overall feeling is not bad, small but well-equipped.

Before I came here, I saw a rating of 3.5, and there were also reviews saying that the air conditioner was not cold enough. I heard that it was a very hot summer in Japan this year. I moved in at the end of September, and the temperature had dropped slightly by a few degrees, but I did feel that the air conditioner was not very cold (turned on to 26 degrees). Finally feeling a little cold), maybe the air conditioner is a bit old. If the hotel can check it, maybe more guests can stay more satisfied. Another point is that the bed faces the mirror. If you are a little concerned about it like me, you should consider it carefully. Oh, by the way, the free yukata provided by the hotel is quite sincere. Although my friend saw the photo and said it was a bit old-fashioned, but the hotel fee is not high and it is a hot spring hotel, so why should I choose? In addition, the hotel seems to allow you to choose another set of yukata to wear for 500 yen. At that time, I only stayed for one night and did not enjoy this service.

I stayed at this inn during my trip to Hakone. Since I was alone, I used a single room. It was very nice that it was clean and not cramped! Even though I have a lot of hair, the dryer dries quickly lol The air conditioner worked well and it was hot so I was able to stay cool. It's about 3 minutes from Hakone Yumoto Station, so we recommend leaving your luggage first and enjoying your trip! The customer service was also very kind! I want to use it again!
