Because the other hotel was fully booked, Ctrip helped us upgrade to this one, which was a surprise. There are 2 hot springs, indoor and outdoor. Not many people, probably because it was not the weekend. The buffet breakfast was good, not many Western ones. The overall experience was pretty good.

The room facilities are complete, and the hot spring is also good. However, the bath in the room is very dirty, with mold and moss growing in the corners. I wanted to take a bath but ended up having to soak my feet.

The hot springs are great. Families can use the paid private hot springs, which is very convenient for bringing children.

We changed our plan to stay in Yumoto for one night, and hurriedly found a Japanese hot spring hotel. We were looking forward to it. Since we took the bus to Yumoto Station at night, it took time to find the hotel. It took about 12 minutes to walk from Yumoto Station to the hotel (it is recommended that friends who are staying there go there during the day). After checking in at the hotel, we were assigned a room, a Japanese tatami room, by the stream, but the overall lighting was dim, and the facilities were old and smelled moldy. We were very disappointed. After negotiating with the hotel staff, they said they would transfer me to another room with a bed, saying it would be free this time. I was very happy. When I went downstairs to the front desk, they said it would not be free this time. Suddenly, I felt that the hotel was too dishonest and was a little unhappy. They asked me to pay an additional 3,000 yen. I really couldn't stand the first I didn't know what the room was, so I agreed to see the second room. After seeing it, I felt it was much better than the first room at least, so I agreed to pay 3,000 yen. When I entered the second room and turned on the air conditioner, the air conditioner made a buzzing noise, sometimes loud and sometimes small. I called the front desk again and asked the staff to come and see. A responsible woman came and said that this was the sound of the air conditioner running at the beginning, which was within the normal range. After 30 minutes, the sound would calm down. I said I had to choose a room, but they said the room was full and I couldn't choose anymore. It was already late, and my daughter wanted to go to bed early, so I had no choice but to accept the status quo. However, as time went by, the sound of the air conditioner became louder and louder. The staff came to the room again. After seeing it, an old man who was repairing the air conditioner whispered to the female person in charge that there was another room upstairs. I heard it. Because I understand Japanese, I argued with them and asked them to have another room today anyway, mental loss, etc. Finally, I was transferred to a very good room. There were some twists and turns in the middle, but the overall accommodation was quite satisfactory. Regarding the breakfast, I think it is very average. The Chinese guy received the breakfast and was very enthusiastic. The most anticipated hot spring was not open-air, which was a little disappointing.

The room is relatively large, but the cabinet design is strange. The hot spring is great and the surrounding scenery is also good.

The hotel is in the hot spring district of Hakone. In fact, there is a shuttle bus from the station to get there, but we didn't know that we walked a lot in vain. Those who want to go can pay attention to the shuttle bus schedule. The room is big, the hot spring is great, and the breakfast is delicious.
