When i reached in hotel GenX Sundaram Haldwani and confirming for meal plan front desk person not aware about that he called someone Else for confirming the same,That person misbehave with me and ordered come in my office in a bad Manner,Hotel voucher witch i have received amount is 4502 but he told less amount 3400 and room condition also not good , He don't know how to treat the guest , I'm very fad up and disappointed with their service and behaviour, Never feel safe , Staff is not good they never keep smiling in their face and not supportive .

Had a great time, glad with hotel staff and their quick services. Specially Pradeep Badela ji as per his Gentle behaviour & in a single call he solved out light issue of room just in 2 minutes , Hotel also given needfull facilities on the room as per needed , great place to stay in Haldwani.
