Excellent very new hotel, top class equipped in bathroom, bedroom… Worth the money paid ! Location in walking distance without many options to eat, shop or go… So better have a car, bike etc…

On the positive side, the rooms were nice, well-furnished, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring the city. The receptionists were kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Additionally, the hotel boasts a nice parking garage, making it extremely convenient for those traveling by car. The location of the hotel is another highlight, as it is conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities, making it easy to get around and explore the local area. However, there were a few notable drawbacks during my stay. The behavior of the F&B staff was unacceptable. At breakfast, the staff were lazy and rude, making sarcastic comments and failing to offer us eggs or coffee, which we later saw other guests receiving. Additionally, before we had even finished our meal, they brought the credit card machine and interrupted us, which was quite intrusive. The evening experience at the bar was similar; the waiter consistently ignored us, preferring to chat with his colleague and use his cell phone rather than attend to the guests. There was a clear lack of client orientation. Another issue was that it was quite cold inside our room, which made it uncomfortable at times. Lastly, the breakfast was mediocre and overpriced, not offering good value for the cost. Overall, while the hotel has some excellent features, the issues with the F&B service and room temperature significantly impacted my stay.
