Very good, suitable for relaxing on the sea.
The tour guide Bruce is very talkative, very nice and humorous.
The waiter's attitude is very good and he takes good care of us. Of course, the lady with glasses is also very beautiful.

We had an amazing time on the Dora cruise. The boat is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. Shower and balcony were both large for a boat. From the moment you are picked up to the moment you are dropped back, the staff make the trip effortless. We cannot thank Tom enough for his great hospitality and for taking us to Capa island on our second day. 3 days and 2 nights is much better than the 1 night option as you get a boat trip and island bike ride on the second day which is phenomenal and a highlight of the trip. The staff go above and beyond and have exceptional customer service skills. Thank you to Dora cruise for making our visit to Halong Bay an unforgettable experience.

I do not recommend to use Dora cruise service. There is many other cruise companies who might be much better to discover Halong Bay.
The first impression during check-in have been disastrous and not customer oriented at all.

An extraordinary experience. I took the two-day cruise and everything was perfect. The food was plentiful and delicious. The ship was very well kept and especially very clean. The excursions were fun. The room was a good size with a very large bathroom and a splendid view of the bay. What made my cruise extraordinary was the staff. Always very kind and with a smile on their faces. I thank them one by one. However, I would like to give a special thanks to Mr Bruce and Ms Tina who made my experience unforgettable.

The staff are all amazing, the boast was in good condition, a few small wear and tear things, but nothing that detracts. We looked at so many cruises and I think at this price point they are all similar, except the dinners were buffet which I was not expecting, and they were just average buffet. The lunches were great. Breakfast buffet was also average but I think they were doing the best with what they had and expect they would all be similar. The experiences were great and it is an amazing place. Also be aware that they go through Lan Ha Bay, not Ha Long-all similar scenery and actually less boats and people in Lan Ha Bay.
