My stay at this hotel in Halong Bay was a truly memorable experience. The unparalleled natural beauty of the surroundings, coupled with exceptional service and kitchen, created an unforgettable retreat. Room is a bit small, but clean. Not very central, but traveling is quite convenient.

Although the hotel facilities are a little bit old, it doesn't affect the experience of staying. Disadvantages: The room is a bit small and the sound insulation is not good.

The environment is good, the service attitude is good, the buffet breakfast food is rich and delicious. We arrived at two o'clock in the afternoon. The front desk prepared the room card in advance, showed the check-in voucher and passport, and checked in soon. The front desk can speak English.

The hotel is right next to the market. It is very noisy in the morning. The room is clean and tidy. The sea view room is beautiful. The breakfast is average. There may be few guests, so we order food. Usually it should be self-service. The front desk service is very friendly. Answers any questions and is willing to help.

Noisiest hotel I have stayed in ever.Outdoor market nearby sets up at 4.45 every morning, people shouting, cars snd bikes constantly hooting horns.The 3rd night the market set up was 3am.The single glazed windows that have broken locks and do not close properly do help help the noise. Forget about the "Free Breakfast" fruit juice, limited fruit and eggs fried untill inedible with bread and butter served in a bleak cold restaurant. The noise is allday long.

love the hotel! they spoke great english. the room was so clean. the area was so convenient! would recommend two bed rooms if you want a larger room! We loved it!! would definitely recommend
