City Bay Hotel Ha Long Reviews

The hotel is very clean and the hotel staff is very helpful, they even brought me an electrical socket extender when the one in the room did not work.

Really enjoyed staying at the city bay hotel. The staff were so lovely and really helpful. The room is simple and clean, everything you need for a few nights stay. I would recommend if you want to explore the whole area to hire a motorbike because getting around/finding taxis is quite difficult without. Would recommend this hotel!

The facilities are a bit old, the water in the shower room flows outside, and the bath towels are already hard after being washed. The location is good and the view is good.

The room is clean, the bed is good, and the bedding is like a 5-star hotel. The room is a bit small, but overall satisfactory.
