Calm and nice area with lot of flowers and trees (billiard club very close). Minor issue with the room but we got upgraded so can t complain. Staff was very kind, wifi was fast and room comfortable. Pleasant stay. (Picture taken from the room)

Excellent service and very friendly staff. They helped me to arrange transportation to the airport. Hotel is very clean and beautiful. Will definitely go again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Dragon Bay next to Halong Bay Hotel in a luxury housing complex The room is small but very quiet I'm not good at grabbing You have to take a taxi You can pay a fee of 500,000 VND to Haiphong Airport. You have to go to the bus terminal and then take a bus.

I recommend you for stays in Halong because in the very quiet city

Very good hotel, I can come back to live next time

The hotel has a very beautiful view of Bai Tho mountain. The room is clean, fully furnished and very nice. The food is also very good, my family ordered 100k rice for 1 person to eat very well. Especially the attitude of the staff. From the room attendant, the chef, especially the receptionists, were extremely welcoming and supported us a lot. If I come back to Ha Long next time, I will definitely come back.

Very good service awareness

When we arrived the check in process was easy and the staff were really helpful and nice. We got into the room and were immediately greeted by a putrid smell of sewage or fish. We had just got in from a 9hr long bus journey so really wanted a shower however, the towels were dirty. The door would not lock and we had no hand soap either. We went down to reception to ask for a new room, which we were given straight away. The new room was much better although still no hand soap and the door did not lock. Food wise, the hotel only serves breakfast and lunch, which is very limited. Apart from this there is one hotpot place on the corner by the hotel but no other food places around for a good 30 minutes walk. We went on a day trip to Bai Chay beach which was around a 15 minute drive away, and it was completely empty- not another soul in sight for the whole 5 hours we were there and again with no food around. If staying in Halong I recommend staying on the Bai Chay side of the bridge instead of Hong Gai as it is very out the way of most things. The area is lovely and very well built, just the lack of places to eat made it difficult. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful.

Very clean and comfortable in quiet residential area com van phong is brilliant ;very close to poem pagoda hai san restaurants market and musuem over the bridge in hon gai as well as cable car to bai chay

we just got a nice trip to Ha Long bay . Overall, it was nice , we stayed in Draha hotel for one day, good amenity , beautiful and very friendly staffs . the hotel is in the busy city ,but we still felt peaceful . we joined some other activities, but they were ordinary , too many peole, few beaches , they took too much time , the price for food anh drink is quite high .we still love Draha and its service . thank you Draha , we will be back , but for relaxing, maybe !
