I have good time staying at the hotel during my business trip. The hotel have great view to Halong Bay, nice staff and food. The bathroom is spaces, clean with bathtub. The bed is comfort. It's good choice with reasonable rate for my trip.

The service was okay as the facility is coming out of Covid restrictions. Breakfast is good and hotel maintains its schedule- if you are not there by 9am you are out of luck. All facilities are looking forward to tourists returning. The hotel was very helpful at booking taxis and outside tours like a cruise around Ha Long Bay islands or the ferry to Cat Ba.

I booked a large family room but I didn't expect it to be so spacious😅 the bathroom is also super spacious, the m room has a hot tub! Muong Thanh is my priority when staying at any tourist destination. Although this facility is farther from Sun Square than the other facilities, the room is spacious and I feel very comfortable, not too far.
