The environment is quite good, facing Lake Tissa, you can watch the sunrise and sunset, it's so beautiful. The dinner options are okay, and the breakfast is because we are going to Safari, the hotel thoughtfully packed it for us to take away, the service is very good!

Everyone said that this hotel is good, but no one said how pristine the road in is. If you only stay for one night and leave Yala, please do not book this hotel, especially during the rainy season, otherwise you will probably have to drive for several hours and face floods under heavy rain. Jinshan car did not dare to wade into the water rashly and had to ask for help from a jeep (additional fee). Another important information is that there are many mosquitoes in the room. People who are afraid of insects must not come here. If you are not afraid of insects, please bring toilet water.

Amazing experience. One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The food is incredible, my wife is gluten free and has coeliac, therefore, she becomes very sick if she's eats food containing gluten. The head of the restaurant, I believe his name was Dilshan (apologize if this is wrong) was outstanding, he went out of his way to go through all the meals with my stating which ones were gluten free and even provided a plate of desserts which he got the chef to make specifically for her. Such a kind hearted gentleman. The service was phenomenal as per the other Jetwings we have stayed at. We will definitely be back.

We loved Ananya and would recommend it very highly. The resort is in a wonderful position on a long sandy beach with only a few other resorts in sight. The staff are fantastic- very polite and helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is lovely and it is so relaxing to sit looking at the sea from the beach. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the views from the balconies in the front are spectacular especially at night. Breakfasts are delicious - try the hoppers! We came back to Ananya at the end of our trip around Sri Lanka because we enjoyed it so much. Thank you Ananya team!

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we requested to change our breakfast to dinner, we were met with a flat-out refusal, despite hearing that they accommodated a similar request for another couple. Their excuse was that the other couple had booked through ***********, insinuating that they might leave a review there. This blatant favoritism and lack of fairness in customer service were incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. In addition to the above grievances, the breakfast at this hotel was abysmal. The quality and variety of the food were subpar, and it left a lot to be desired. To make matters worse, the air conditioner in our room was malfunctioning, causing it to drip water all night, making our stay uncomfortable and sleep-deprived. This combination of poor service, unfair treatment, terrible breakfast, and room issues made our experience at this hotel truly dreadful. I would strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your stay.

Go to the Hilton Hotel in Yala to stay. This hotel is right on the lake. It’s very good. The hotel’s swimming pool is great and the breakfast is the same. Because you have to get up early in the morning to go to Yala Park, you can ask the hotel to pack breakfast.

If the hotel service and the natural environment, this hotel is more cost-effective. There are no people on the long beach, and it is very pleasant. Warm service. On the reef behind the hotel, the sea urchins everywhere, I also opened a meal, very delicious, the environment was not destroyed by tourism. The hotel is small but very quiet, and it is a great choice if the family travels or hangs in a daze. The room is old and the disposable slippers are second-hand. Sanitary conditions should still be strengthened.
