Kaaya Eco Resort Yala

We stayed 1 (25th July) night at this villa. It was horrible. We had to face very bad experiences because of their staff. Specially the manager ( Mr. Amith ) . We booked a safari tour from them at it started around 6am. They called us around 10.30 and asked us to check out at 11am while we are doing safari. How they talked, really unfriendly and unpleasant. We agreed to give 2 rooms and stay all in a room once we came back after the safari till check out 14. Because we had infants. They also agreed and specially they suggested it. Around 13.00pm Mr. Amith came and shouted infront of our kids. Not only these, even for morning tea, we had to go to care taker's room and wake them up. They didn't open the door. Later they excused and said they couldn't wake up. We paid for these. We had a Foriegn ( Italien ) guest also. She had to face very bad situation because of this staff. It's a really nice location. But very poor service and maintenance. We read bad reviews, but we didn't care much. That was our mistake. Specially " Mr. Amith " talked like that he just want to fight with guests. If you need proofs, we can also share. Thank you

I am a frequent visitor In Yala and stayed so many places in Yala. But this time I found best place in Yala that's Kaaya eco resort. Staff + services is superb and food is very good. Here after this place is my first choice and recommend family's and small groups.

Visited this place with family in September Great location , cleanliness , and spacious garden . They offer entire property in really affordable price so you can have full privacy with family feel like holiday home. Pool is so clean One should visit here for relaxing mind , to go Yala safari also they arranged it took only 15 minutes to reach palathupana entrance of Yala . Wild life experience is great . ♥️ I would recommend this place to anyone Management is really helpful and flexible . Appreciate the staff too Thanks Kaayaecoresort for making our trip memorable. 🙏
