Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, haben uns aber dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt ideal im Hamburger Zentrum, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und groß, mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, lediglich eine Regendusche haben wir vermisst, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, reichhaltig und frisch. Omlett und Spiegeleier gibt es auf Anfrage. Check-in und out gingen schnell und reibungslos. Das Personla war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nice apartment style rooms, good layout. Great location for exploring the city, fairly easy to find parking spaces in the vicinity. Check-in was a bit slow, you need to fill out a paper form with your information and the lady working at the desk was not very communicative. The extra bed was not made on arrival, so a staff member came by to do it around 30 min. later, which is not ideal when you want to rest before going back out for an evening in the city. Good breakfast but very slow turn-around / re-setting of tables.
