The hotel is in an excellent location for shops and exploring Hamburg on foot with no need for a taxi. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very comfortable, well appointed and clean. Our favourite hotel in Hamburg. Just one recommendation they need to find a different supplier for the bread they serve at breakfast. It is very tough and dry.

Hotellet er udemærket, restauranten halter
Dette er 3. Gang vi er på Tortue og det bliver desværre ikke bedre, men dårligere fra gang til gang. Personalet er søde, men hjælper dig sjældent. Brasseriet er en skuffelse, super dårlig service og middelmådig mad. Der er andre hoteller i Hamborg der gør det mindst lige så godt….
