Good to stay with this hotel, the location is very great and I love it.

Convenient and quiet location, assessible to train station.

Hotel is very near to the central station, about 3 to 5 mins walk away. Hotel doesn't automatically provide toothbrush but you can go to the counter and ask for it.

There was only one receptionist, friendly and helpful but she has to deal with all the other requests. The location is not far from the main station and conveniently located close to shops and restaurants which is the plus factor. The amenities were very basic. We had to rquest for extra pillows because there was only one provided in the twin bed request. There was only a combined shampoo/bath gel, no slipper. I think it's over rated for its 4stars

Hotel was very accessible and everything was within the hotel location! Will definitely be back here when visiting Hamburg.

Located just around 200 meters walk from Hamburg main station, check in is only available after 3pm, but you can keep your luggage in the store. They provide free city transport tickets if you are a member of the hotel. Free wifi access, digital safe, hair dryer and cleaning amenities are available in the room.

Hotel was in the perfect location. Clean and comfortable. I would have preferred 2 pillows instead of 1. Also there was no kettle of drink making facility in the room. I was surprised at this. The great location to the station compensated for that.

The location is an 8-minute walk from the train station. The facilities and hygiene standards are within the requirements of a four-star hotel. However, the service can be improved. After checking out of the room, if you want to borrow the hotel toilet, you need a room card. If you don't have it, you can't use it.

The room is big in Europe and very close to the train station, 5 minutes walk, so it is very convenient to travel to Hamburg. The front desk of this hotel is open 24 hours a day. In summary, it is good

The experience is good. It is within walking distance of the Central Station and the City Hall. There is an observation deck on the top floor, smoking is allowed, and the breakfast is rich. The price-performance ratio is quite high. Recommended stay experience

It was a very, very bad stay. I don't know how such a hotel can be rated four stars: - The room faces the street. Even if the window is closed, you can still hear the roar of cars outside, which greatly affects your sleep - The room is small and there are basically no facilities. There is no kettle, lotion, slippers, or toothbrush. Bottled water is also a gift. The waiter said that it is only available on the first day and there is no more for the extension. Weird, what if I book it day by day? The shower room leaks, making the bathroom a mess; - The phone call to the front desk is unreachable. The two waiters at the front desk have poor English skills, and only one male waiter is okay Finally, during the communication, the waiter repeatedly emphasized that the reservation was made through the agent and the money was not paid to the hotel. I don't know if this is the reason for such treatment...

Very friendly service at breakfast, the buffet was nicely and cleanly laid out. Fresh products of good quality!

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. Although it was a little hard to find due to construction on the exterior walls, it was convenient as it faces a main road. The room was generally clean, but there was some dirt on the desk, mirror, cups, and toilet. There was a free bottle of water, which is rare for Europe.

From Hamburg, Germany, the purpose is to visit the Airbus Hamburg assembly line. The hotel is a four-star hotel, close to Hamburg's main train station. The environment is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. Next time I come to Hamburg, I will choose this hotel again. I have to say that the prices of hotels in Hamburg are very high.
