The attitude of staff are nice. They answer to our request quickly. However, I think the hygiene of the hotel can be improved. I particularly like the coffee from the breakfast.

Close to Hbf. The Hotel is old, but we enjoyed 3 meter ceilings. Breakfast is not great.

As stated on the website, this hotel is directly opposite the Hamburg Railway Station and this adds to hotel being super handy to all attractions in Hamburg. Also the double decker tours buses leave from the station area. The main LGBTQ bars are also near here. (15 mins walk) My room was located in the middle of the building, so there was no street noise. However, the view was internal - between two buildings and there was very little natural light coming in. The room has no air-conditioning, so during the day it can be a little hot here in summer, but this was not a problem during the evening.. The hotel uses keys not electronic cards, so a little inconvenient. However, the biggest highlight was the included breakfast. Excellent selection of hot and cold dishes updated regularly by hotel staff. There are definitely cheaper places in Hamburg with better room facilities, but the location will always be a winner.

I don't understand why the curtains are only halfway up. I have obsessive compulsive disorder and I can't figure it out.

Nice team, breakfast is OK, just classic. Good mattresses in the beds and of course, as often mentioned... a hotel that could really do with a complete renovation of the rooms.

It was so hard to find the hotel. There was no parking lot. You had to park in a public parking lot. It was 25 euros a night, which was too expensive. The hotel breakfast was good. It was OK for business travel.

I came to Hamburg alone. After checking into the hotel, I opened the door. It was very clean, the breakfast was rich, it was quiet, and the price was cheap.

We stayed with 3 adults in the older, historic hotel, directly opposite the train station, which means it is of course very noisy. The facade will be renovated in October 2023 and as a result there was noise from 7 a.m. The noisy room was small, with carpeted floors and a small bathroom with a bathtub shower. Elevator is available. Breakfast was sufficient and OK. The location is central and you can easily walk to the Alster and into the city. WiFi didn't work. Hot water took a very long time. Overall, you should think about what you need beforehand. If it was more expensive, I wouldn't book it. Otherwise the tip about the parking spaces was unfortunately not good.

It was located very close to Hamburg Station, so it was easy to get to the hotel even late at night. The price was reasonable, including breakfast.

The room is OK, but a bit old. It is run by Indians and not very lively. The location is convenient

Location close to Hamburg Hbf station and very central. As soon as we arrive at the hotel they tell us that there are problems at the hotel and that they send us to another one (5 minutes walk) Novum Graf Moltke, without prior notice, which is surrounded by junkies and people taking *****, looking very bad. They assign us a room next to the elevator, with the constant noise of it and a beep every 10 seconds. Impossible to sleep. Very bad experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT at all.
