Wunderschön gelegenes und top gepflegtes Hotel. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Elbe war zu jeder Tageszeit erholsam und beruhigend. Das Personal im Gesamten Hotel war immer freundlich und nett. Selbst die Vierbeiner sind dort gern gesehen. Einfach Traumhaft.

The reception did not answer the requests and was not able to do a reservation in the own restaurant. They even send me for lunch to an external place while the bar („ they have only cake“) has a reasonable offer. The quiet room I asked was in an external building on top of an event location ( they were delivering the decoration when I came). There was no access by car ( emergency access) to the entrance of this building. I unloaded the car ( the available parking was out of sight) on the hotel trolley they gave me, but the room was far away and not even possible to reach with the trolley. Nobody was willing to show me the room or help with the luggage - obviously even to far away from the parking possibilities and to many stairs. After visiting the room and the surrounding I decided to leave instead of having a noisy night with unfriendly people. I paid the room. The positive points are only for the staff in the bar.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer und des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage direkt an der Elbe war sehr schön. Die komplette Gastronomie ist mit Blick auf die Elbe ausgerichtet.

Sehr schöne Zimmer mit phantastischem Elbblick, sehr schöne und gute Restaurants und Bars mit großen und gemütlichen Terrassen mit Elbblick, das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, üppiges und hochwertiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr gepflegte Saunalandschaft und als "Schmankerl" die Möglichkeit, das "Pegelhäuschen-Arrangement" zu buchen mit einem besonderen 5-Gang-Menü und persönlichem Kellner - hier stimmt einfach alles

Beste Lage, ausgezeichnete Ausstattung, gute Küche - besser geht gar nicht. Gut zu erreichen, dennoch ab vom Schuss - Elbe pur.

Sehr schönes Haus, in traumhafter Lage. Leider wurden beim Neubau zwei eklatante Fehler gemacht, die völlig unverständlich sind: Es gibt keine Balkone und auch kein Schwimmbad!! Im Zimmer warteten auf die Hunde zwei Decken und vier Näpfe. Dazu für jeden eine Tüte Hundekekse - vielen Dank dafür! Leider war unser Aufenthalt von großer Enttäuschung geprägt, sodass wir keinen Hochzeitstag mehr bei Ihnen feiern werden!
