Good location, very near to Berlin Tod Subway station. Simple and easy to stay

The hostel is good and the staff are so nice. There are also so many supermarkets nearby, which is convenient for travelling.

The hostel is convenient and near a metro. Basic hostel amenities. Plus points is really great boss who went above and beyond to attend to our indirect request. Really appreciate it alot!

Good location, close to train station, and small common bathroom.

The location was great, about a 15-minute walk from Hamburg Central Station, and there was a subway station and a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so it was easy to get around the city.

Check-in is friendly. Location is good. There is a train station, bus terminal, and supermarket nearby, and it is also worth walking to City Hall and Hafen City.

Unfortunately, I can only comment positively on one thing, and that is the friendly and simple check-in. The rest, I'm really sorry, it's definitely plagiarism. The room is completely inconsistent with the picture! One of the "beds" is just made of particleboard. It doesn't even have a slatted frame. All furniture with a lot of traces of use, stains on the upholstery, were thrown together. There is no curtain in front of the window, but the curtain is too short to "dark". Some homemade? ! ? ! Color pictures of children? ! ? ! As a wall decoration. There is dust on the windowsill and in the corners. The walls in other rooms are very thin. The shared bathroom is for men and women. There are only two small shower rooms. Especially these are in a desolate state! Lots of old, disgusting lime, dirt and mold. Urine stains and other things on the wall of the toilet. There is no disinfectant for hands and objects. Now it’s the location: this hotel is absolutely centrally located. A lot of city noise including broken sidewalks, homeless people wandering there, and trains ahead and behind. You can only park in front of the house for a longer time from 8pm! The house is definitely not suitable for wheelchair users and strollers! The entrance can be better marked with road signs, as well as signs inside or in front of the elevator, on which floor you can "register" and where you can find the room. Conclusion: Never again! We really don't recommend this!

Perfectly good place to stay for a few nights. The beds were comfortable, the showers were clean and there was no issue with getting hot water and that kind of thing. There’s an underground station practically at the door of the hotel and it gets you into the city centre in a matter of minutes.

The mattresses are really bad, the beds are squeaky and a bit wobbly too. Only two showers and two toilets for the binary genders on the hallway - not many for quite a few people in the hostel. Cheap atmosphere. Wouldn't recommend staying here if you dont have to.

The WORST place I’ve ever been to. I stayed here for 3 night and I felt horrible. By arriving I saw that the doors in the building were not locked nor could they be locked because the locks were broken. The hostel is in an area with a lot of homeless people so I did not feel safe to go out at night, luckily there was a subway and bus stop in front of the hostel. There was no airco nor ventilator in the room. I slept with 7 other people in the room, the beds were really noisy and the place was not even close to being clean. The owners live in the same building and were making a mess in the kitchen. There was no ventilation whatsoever in the showers. Lockers were really small and were outside of the rooms, there was no place to store your luggage let alone store them safely. The only reason I stayed in this hostel was because of lack of money and this was my last stop before going home. I’ve seen a lot of hostels over the years but this one belongs to the WORST 3. The pictures do not resemble the actual hostel! Watch out!!
