Excellent hotel at a very convenient location, near the main attractions

The room is small. The toilet, sink and shower are all separated. Although in general it was comfortable

Amazing room Cable TV doesn’t work and no English channels. The staff were helpful where to park the car.

Good location - it is calm environment with location next to downtown, can reach old town in 10 min by walk. Design if rooms is nice and hotel stuff is helpful.

I went for a bathtub, but the randomly assigned suite at the beginning did not have a bathtub. After feedback to the front desk, I learned that not all suites have a bathtub. OK fine, but they still moved me to a suite with a bathtub. The room was not as clean and tidy as expected. There was a blood stain on the sheets. We reported this to the front desk, but there seemed to be no compensation measures. They just said they would improve next time. There is a big gap with the 4-star hotels in Italy. It needs to be carefully improved in the future. At least it should be as clean and hygienic as a fast hotel. (In addition, you will get two bar drink coupons when you check in, and you can go to the bar to get beer or sparkling wine in the evening)

Die Lage ist prima. Wir hatten keine Probleme, irgendwo hinzukommen. Leider liegt das kostenpflichtige Parkhaus sehr weit entfernt.

Excellent location but the ‘disaggregated’ bathroom set up was definitely not.

Wonderful hotel with character and charm. Clean and quiet. Great restaurant. Lovely experience. Friendly staff.

Very convenient and close to city center

I really enjoyed this property. My room was very comfortable and super stylish. There was nothing cookie-cutter about it. It felt like the room had been designed and decorated individually by someone of the highest taste and ability. There were lots of individual surprising touches, as well as plenty of attention on comfort and function. The area is quiet but near many things, including the philharmonic hall and the miniature museum -- both highly recommended. The hotel is pretty new, I think, so not all the dining options were in place, but it didn't matter. It's a stay I'll longer remember and one of my favorite ever.

Lovely hotel, good location, spacious room.

The location was good and the staff was attentive. The fridge did not work and the maintenance for the toilet was a day later.

We had a great stay in Sir Nikolai in Hamburg. Beautiful hotel! Very tasteful decorated room and hotel in general! The room was quiet and the staff was very pleasant and serviceminded! We highly recomend Sir Nikolai!
