Unfortunately, we were not informed that a construction site in the hotel was causing noise. Please also vacuum under the beds. Otherwise gladly again.

Parking is very convenient. It is the only hotel I have stayed in that does not wake me up in the cold at night. Check-in was smooth.

Very friendly and attentive staff! We were also offered extra services (early breakfast for the children). A mattress had a large stain, but this was fixed immediately! Great location, right on the doorstep of downtown. You can get everywhere with the subway and there are even 2 large shopping centers in the immediate vicinity. All in all a very nice hotel for families!

Consistently solid hotel nothing extraordinary little sockets but all in all okay

Hotel located outside the center of hamburg, quite modern. the rooms are small but the real problem is the carpet that creates a lot of dust in the room. Breakfast costs about 10€ a day and I think it's a fair value for money. The staff really very kind and helpful enough to even give us a discount for the second night in the hotel.

The hotel staff spoke English and were extremely nice and the room was cleaned daily. They started renovations the week I was there and I'm really curious to see what improvements they make. My only complaint was there wasn't a minifridge or microwave in the room. I'm sure that is more of an American thing but it would have been nice to be able to keep drinks cold.

I was just passing through Hamburg and needed somewhere to stay the night near the autobahn. Found this hotel thru my buddy Google and chanced upon it. They had vacancies so done deal. What first appeared to be a very friendly price wasn't quite as friendly when factoring in breakfast and parking fee. As expected the room was quite small but had everything you need including a super efficient aircon. A big big minus for wifi not working! Apparently some problem with the ISP that had been reported already the previous day. This simply cannot be allowed to happen in 2023.

The windows was dirty. There is lot of noice of train all the night you can't sleep.

The hotel is clean and neat. Parking is available onsite for €7. It takes 20 minutes to get to city center by car.

Well managed hotel. Attentionate friendly staff. Although safe the neighbourhood isn't great.

During breakfast Isa was super helpful, giving us tips of the area. Also the front desk were very friendly and helped us a lot.

Our check-in process was done on a touchscreen outside the hotel lobby (we did arrive at 11pm). The check-in process is not very easy and you need to check your booking confirmation emails from ********** to make sure you have the correct reference numbers for each of the rooms you have booked (there is a different reference for each room) to be able to get into the hotel and your room.
