The room was nice and clean. Basic. Price was decent for a quick one night stay so I could run off to the airport at 4am the next morning. Room is very basic. But decent quality bedding for sure.

Check in after hours was a bit slow as they have to send you quite a few confirmation SMS and emails. Everything else was fine.

Was a good experience would recommend to anyone wanting to get away and see Brisbane

The place itself was good good for what I needed , I had a canceled flight so wasn’t expecting anything fancy but after hours access was worst ever experienced / you have to self check in by digging through information then clicking a link where you have to upload photo id and $100 credit card deposit after you’ve already paid for room then they’re supposed to text you room codes - problem was I never received the codes had to mess around on the phone for 30 minutes at 9;30pm just to get in , quite sketchy setup only recommend adults stay here

Wouldn't recommend this untidy, noisey accommodation.

Easy and simple check in system. Great cleanliness in the room and public areas. Comfy bed, big tv, loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom and aircon worked perfectly too! Thank you 😊

I wish I had of read these reviews prior to booking a room. I wanted something close to the airport and at last minute this was all that was left. I don't consider $148 a cheap room for 1 night, a shared backpackers room would of been cleaner. I got a text after booking and paying asking me to enter more details again including credit card, it said to upload a photo, didn't say upload your licence so therefor never sent the room code, when I rang I got a lady I could not understand who explained I didn't need to worry because I could do it at reception, when we arrived at reception the lady told me I MUST DO IT OR I CAN'T STAY!! 1hr later and 2 others in reception having the same issues we were given a room code, the room smelt like a dead wet dog, we were on ground level the curtain was see through and didn't block any of the elements out, the shower was that small you could only fit in one leg at a time.... prior to arriving I asked if they had a laundry on site I was told yes to only be told once checked in the washing machine is broken.. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

The place looks refreshed from the outside however the rooms leave a lot to be desired, a lot of the fixtures and fittings are falling apart, very old fridges in rooms, milk was frozen in the fridge! Doors hanging off their hinges, sofa leg collapsed, sink tap loose, toilet roll holder fallen off the wall, the list is endless… The check in process is a total joke, waiting for codes to be sent to you so you can get into the room us ridiculous, no one on the reception and no one answers the telephone. No security on site, was woken in the early hours by someone trying the door handles, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything people get up to in the next rooms, all in all a horrible place to stay at, I would not recommend at all….

We had no choice but to stay here after finding our room at another of their properties was not serviced when we arrived.  Once there we had to call again to get access to our room.  There is no security here as the front door is not locked..  Truly a pretty awful hotel.  The room was very out of date and worn out.  Still, we were thankful for a bed and it was only one night.  I would not stay here again!  We all know things go wrong.   But it is how you fix things that can mitigate the experience.  This hotel puts it all on the guest to sort things out.  I remain hopeful of getting my money back for the uber as promised!  Customer service is clearly NOT a priority!  YMMV
