We decided to head to Grotto Bay to celebrate our anniversary and two birthdays. Our group was quite large, with 22 people, but the staff at Grotto Bay did an amazing job accommodating all of us. Every employee was friendly and always had a smile on their face. The hosts, Matthew, Veronica, and Raymond, were exceptional always making sure everything was perfect!! They worked tirelessly and were always pleasant. Veronica even went above and beyond by packing snacks for us when we went on a snorkeling cruise. If you're looking for a vacation where you're treated like royalty, I highly recommend Grotto Bay.

I cannot say enough how much I enjoy staying at Grotto Bay Beach Resort & Spa. I have been back repeatedly because I always experience the most amazing week with such friendly and warm people. Not to mention the beauty of the hotel, the beach, pool, caves, as well as the entertainment provided. The dining room experience is top-notch. Everyone from the Maitre d', the waiters and the cooks are excellent and so friendly. The food is delicious and there are so many foods to choose from. Also the woman at the dining room front desk greeting you as you come in the dining room is friendly and welcoming and makes you feel right at home. My cleaning lady was also very friendly and did an excellent job. I have stayed at this Hotel many many times and it is always spotless. Every staff member makes you feel special and wanted. I cannot say enough how much I love staying at this Hotel. I always experience the most amazing week with such friendly and warm people. Everything you can want is at this Hotel.

Everything about this hotel was nice! The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, the staff were amazing and very helpful. Loved the Jacuzzi and the beach. There are also plenty water sports. If your thinking about this place for just you, couples, family or even for business, Just book it! You will not be disappointed.

I need to start with the property was under renovation. And cannot be blamed for some of the noise and the inconvenience because of this. However, even if the pool area it was no one there to help with Paul or get up umbrellas and no one came down to take drink orders. The current cafeteria/restaurant really is a big enclosed room with absolutely no warmth. The food was good but as everywhere on Bermuda expensive. I think once the renovations are done, and the place is fully staffed you’ll have a great time there

The hotel it is in a great location. No welcome. The hotel is under construction and improvements ( it is necessary), the rooms need upgrades, the beach, the cave are beautiful, the pool need upgrades, gardens unattended, the personal will be retained, the restaurant needs upgrades, meals: poor variety and ok. All inclusive package tricky.

This is my third time to Grotto Bay and I still love it. There’s room to roam, so many attractions nearby, great rooms and service all with a gorgeous view on your veranda. Food is good at restaurant but The Swizzle Inn is a 5 minute walk with a great menu. I highly recommend Grotto Bay. The staff is amazing!

My husband and I travelled to Bermuda twice and once to his hotel! The hotel was beautiful - the grotto on site is the highlight! Free entry as many times as you want and who doesn’t love swimming in a cave? We went in March but the beach was frigid cold! The hotel staff was wonderful and accommodating. He had a room on the bottom floor and we did have an issue with little ants at the door entrance. We brought it to the staff’s attention and they did spray more. The food was great and plenty! We recommend it for sure!
