The service provided was pleasant. The hotel is located along the highway and has a supermarket beside with some fast food joints. The hotel is not exactly in a touristy location but it serves as a convenient location to branch out and back when visiting multiple places. Breakfast was served with sausages, bacon, eggs, cereal, etc. pretty normal of which both my children had enjoyed. Room was clean and spacious with the double bed and sofa bed. If we are visiting Scotland in future, this hotel will definitely be on our consideration.

Stayed for work as was close to the job. Staff were great and hotel typical of a Holiday inn . Staff were excellent

Go to Glasgow to see Coldplay, it is normal to have a premium, it is a 20-minute drive from the city center. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night, it must have been a malfunction, causing people to not sleep well all night without any apology. The room is very old and it is not recommended to book

This is a good utility hotel with free parking, spotless and very well maintained. We have stayed here about a dozen times and never had a significant issue. The staff are incredibly professional and very friendly. They are much better than many other hotel chains and seem to really care about you and your stay.

This is a well run hotel with helpful staff. Our room, especially the bathroom, was very clean. The free buffet breakfast included hot and cold items and was well cooked. The hotel's location is ideal for town centre shops and the motorway. Given the reletively low price, I would say that this hotel is great value for money.

Breakfast was a bit crammed in. The hot foot is available in a small side room, and it becomes a bit frantic to get food. Spreading it out over the breakfast room would help.

We come to this hotel for 3 nights every new year to meet up with Friends.. every year we are welcomed by such friendly staff.. place is very clean and I love the Dove soaps!! Lifts are readily available and the breakfast is more than enough

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, bed was a wee bit on tbe small side but my husband is 6ft 5 so thats par for the course!
