We have stayed at this property every year for the past several years. We come to town for the Valentine's Dinner Train. The staff has been pleasant and helpful. The morning breakfast staff does an excellent job. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our stay at Home2Suites was very enjoyable from check in to check out. We were there for four days. We were greeted by Deidre upon check in. She was quite pleasant and personable. Unfortunately once we got to our room it smelled of dog and not very fresh. We asked to be switched to a different room. Deidre was very accommodating and assisted us in finding another one. She was so patient and kind. Upon day three we spoke with Morgan and asked for our room to be cleaned. She stated that she would get in touch with Housekeeping and make sure it was taken care of. We returned from a late lunch to a very clean room. Housekeeping did an awesome job and Morgan delivered! We also requested additional towels and washcloths which were provided right away. The location of the hotel was close to most places, shopping, restaurants and local attractions. We will definitely stay here again when in Chattanooga. As a Hilton Honors member I was very pleased. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean comfy hotel. Breakfast was good and staff working hard to make sure area was clean and stocked. Eggs pancakes sausage cereal oatmeal bagels. . Front desk people very nice. Fridge but no microwave or coffee maker. We had some leftovers and were able to heat them in the kitchen area. Coffee and tea available in lobby 24 hrs. Ample charging ports. Nice place for single stop but for 2 people staying awhile, I would book a hotel with a larger room. Would definitely stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Hotel Chalet! The decor was beautiful & the staff was so helpful & accommodating. They definitely go out of their way to make your stay as great as it can be! The rooms were clean & extremely spacious, & the beds & pillows were so comfortable. You really can't beat the location right there at the Choo Choo. We had a wonderful time & will absolutely be back!! You should go, it is so worth it!

If being saturated in the smell of sewage (I assume from the nearby city sewer system), being terminally tormented by the tedious sounds of traffic, cringing all night at the excruciating cacophony of construction activity, wincing at the grating sound of city vehicles cleaning streets and emptying dumpsters outside your room all night, being deafened at 4 a. m. by a diesel delivery truck parked outside your room running their refrigeration units at 120 decibels and clanging on metal unloading ramps loudly enough to wake the deceased, and a general unawareness of and indifference to your suffering and the very idea that a lodger might wish to sleep at night are what you seek, this hotel is for you! The hotel was clean and neat inside the room and conveniently located near City Cafe and a public transport stop, however, the notion that a lodger might desire sleep seems to have escaped them. In my personal experience Hotel Bo now has pride of place for providing (or not providing, rather) the worst night of ”sleep” (torture, rather) at a hotel that I have had in half a century. I honestly could have slept in my truck in a Walmart parking lot and been happier and more rested right now. I find it humorously ironic, I guess, that I arrived after midnight due to a difficult journey thinking I would crash hard and sleep through any disturbance a hotel might have the capacity to conjure up in the night, not knowing that the fates were already laughing devilishly at what they had planned for me at Hotel Bo. So, here I sit at City Cafe (since 5 a. m., by the way) musing to myself about my own idiocy. Caveat emptor.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean and typical of what you'd expect. We have no complaints about the hotel at all, and we would for sure stay here again if we were in the area. It's not a place to walk to local sites, but it's within 5-10 minutes to most everything you'd want to do in the area.
